xfs: clean up dqblk extraction
commit ed17f7da5f0c8b65b7b5f7c98beb0aadbc0546ee upstream.
Since the introduction of xfs_dqblk in V5, xfs really ought to find the dqblk pointer from the dquot buffer, then compute the xfs_disk_dquot pointer from the dqblk pointer. Fix the open-coded xfs_buf_offset calls and do the type checking in the correct order.
Note that this has made no practical difference since the start of the xfs_disk_dquot is coincident with the start of the xfs_dqblk.

xfs: fix dqiterate thinko
For some unknown reason, when I converted the incore dquot objects to store the dquot id in host endian order, I removed the increment here. This causes the scan to stop after retrieving the root dquot, which severely limits the usefulness of the quota scrubber. Fix the lost increment, though it won't fix the problem that the quota iterator code filters out zeroed dquot records.

xfs: hold quota inode ILOCK_EXCL until the end of dqalloc
Online fsck depends on callers holding ILOCK_EXCL from the time they decide to update a block mapping until after they've updated the reverse mapping records to guarantee the stability of both mapping records. Unfortunately, the quota code drops ILOCK_EXCL at the first transaction roll in the dquot allocation process, which breaks that assertion. This leads to sporadic failures in the online rmap repair code if the repair code grabs the AGF after bmapi_write maps a new block into the quota file's data fork but before it can finish the deferred rmap update.
Fix this by rewriting the function to hold the ILOCK until after the transaction commit like all other bmap updates do, and get rid of the dqread wrapper that does nothing but complicate the codebase.

xfs: replace xfs_sb_version checks with feature flag checks
Convert the xfs_sb_version_hasfoo() to checks against mp->m_features. Checks of the superblock itself during disk operations (e.g. in the read/write verifiers and the to/from disk formatters) are not converted - they operate purely on the superblock state. Everything else should use the mount features.
Large parts of this conversion were done with sed with commands like this:
for f in `git grep -l xfs_sb_version_has fs/xfs/*.c`; do sed -i -e 's/xfs_sb_version_has\(.*\)(&\(.*\)->m_sb)/xfs_has_\1(\2)/' $f done
With manual cleanups for things like "xfs_has_extflgbit" and other little inconsistencies in naming.
The result is ia lot less typing to check features and an XFS binary size reduced by a bit over 3kB:
$ size -t fs/xfs/built-in.a text data bss dec hex filenam before 1130866 311352 484 1442702 16038e (TOTALS) after 1127727 311352 484 1439563 15f74b (TOTALS)

xfs: fix incorrect root dquot corruption error when switching group/project quota types
While writing up a regression test for broken behavior when a chprojid request fails, I noticed that we were logging corruption notices about the root dquot of the group/project quota file at mount time when testing V4 filesystems.
In commit afeda6000b0c, I was trying to improve ondisk dquot validation by making sure that when we load an ondisk dquot into memory on behalf of an incore dquot, the dquot id and type matches. Unfortunately, I forgot that V4 filesystems only have two quota files, and can switch that file between group and project quota types at mount time. When we perform that switch, we'll try to load the default quota limits from the root dquot prior to running quotacheck and log a corruption error when the types don't match.
This is inconsequential because quotacheck will reset the second quota file as part of doing the switch, but we shouldn't leave scary messages in the kernel log.
