fbdev/s3cfb: Use fbdev I/O helpers
Set struct fb_ops and with FB_DEFAULT_IOMEM_OPS, fbdev's initializer for I/O memory. Sets the callbacks to the cfb_ and fb_io_ functions. Select the correct modules with Kconfig's FB_IOMEM_HELPERS token.
The macro and token set the currently selected values, so there is no functional change.

fbdev: Remove FBINFO_FLAG_DEFAULT from framebuffer_alloc()'ed structs
The flag FBINFO_FLAG_DEFAULT is 0 and has no effect, as struct fbinfo.flags has been allocated to zero by framebuffer_alloc(). So do not set it.
Flags should signal differences from the default values. After cleaning up all occurrences of FBINFO_DEFAULT, the token will be removed.

fbdev: s3c-fb: Convert to platform remove callback returning void
The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns void.
Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove callback to the void returning variant.

video: fbdev: s3c-fb: Use platform_get_irq() to get the interrupt
platform_get_resource(pdev, IORESOURCE_IRQ, ..) relies on static allocation of IRQ resources in DT core code, this causes an issue when using hierarchical interrupt domains using "interrupts" property in the node as this bypassed the hierarchical setup and messed up the irq chaining.
In preparation for removal of static setup of IRQ resource from DT core code use platform_get_irq().

video: constify fb ops across all drivers
Now that the fbops member of struct fb_info is const, we can start making the ops const as well.
This does not cover all drivers; some actually modify the fbops struct, for example to adjust for different configurations, and others do more involved things that I'd rather not touch in practically obsolete drivers. Mostly this is the low hanging fruit where we can add "const" and be done with it.

dma, mm/pat: Rename dma_*_writecombine() to dma_*_wc()
Rename dma_*_writecombine() to dma_*_wc(), so that the naming is coherent across the various write-combining APIs. Keep the old names for compatibility for a while, these can be removed at a later time. A guard is left to enable backporting of the rename, and later remove of the old mapping defines seemlessly.
Build tested successfully with allmodconfig.
The following Coccinelle SmPL patch was used for this simple transformation:
@ rename_dma_alloc_writecombine @ expression dev, size, dma_addr, gfp; @@
-dma_alloc_writecombine(dev, size, dma_addr, gfp) +dma_alloc_wc(dev, size, dma_addr, gfp)
@ rename_dma_free_writecombine @ expression dev, size, cpu_addr, dma_addr; @@
-dma_free_writecombine(dev, size, cpu_addr, dma_addr) +dma_free_wc(dev, size, cpu_addr, dma_addr)
@ rename_dma_mmap_writecombine @ expression dev, vma, cpu_addr, dma_addr, size; @@
-dma_mmap_writecombine(dev, vma, cpu_addr, dma_addr, size) +dma_mmap_wc(dev, vma, cpu_addr, dma_addr, size)
We also keep the old names as compatibility helpers, and guard against their definition to make backporting easier.

video / PM: Replace CONFIG_PM_RUNTIME with CONFIG_PM
After commit b2b49ccbdd54 (PM: Kconfig: Set PM_RUNTIME if PM_SLEEP is selected) PM_RUNTIME is always set if PM is set, so #ifdef blocks depending on CONFIG_PM_RUNTIME may now be changed to depend on CONFIG_PM.
The alternative of CONFIG_PM_SLEEP and CONFIG_PM_RUNTIME may be replaced with CONFIG_PM too.
