scsi: ufs: ufs-pci: Add support for QEMU
To ensure that the PCI based QEMU UFS device properly works with Linux, register the device ID (0x0013) and vendor ID (0x1b36) of QEMU UFS device.
QEMU UFS will enable testing of the UFS driver inside a virtual machine on systems without UFS host controller. It can also be used to preemptively implement and test new features before the real device is created.
The new QEMU UFS device can be found at:

scsi: ufs: ufs-pci: Correct check for RESET DSM
dsm_fns is a bitmap, and it is 0-indexed according to the check in __intel_dsm function. But common initialization was checking it as if it was 1-indexed. This patch corrects the discrepancy. This change won't break any existing calls to the function, since before the change both bits 0 and 1 were checked and needed to be set.

scsi: ufs: Split the drivers/scsi/ufs directory
Split the drivers/scsi/ufs directory into 'core' and 'host' directories under the drivers/ufs/ directory. Move shared header files into the include/ufs/ directory. This separation makes it clear which header files UFS drivers are allowed to include (include/ufs/*.h) and which header files UFS drivers are not allowed to include (drivers/ufs/core/*.h).
Update the MAINTAINERS file. Add myself as a UFS reviewer.
