platform/x86: xo1-rfkill: Convert to platform remove callback returning void
The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns void.
Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove callback to the void returning variant.

Drivers: platform: x86: remove __dev* attributes.
CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option. As a result, the __dev* markings need to be removed.
This change removes the use of __devinit, __devexit_p, __devinitdata, __devinitconst, and __devexit from these drivers.
Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand.

xo1-rfkill: only act when blocked state is changed
The XO-1 rfkill driver should only send EC commands when changing between blocked/unblocked state.
The rfkill switch is asked to be unblocked on every resume (even when the card was never blocked before) and sending a EC_WLAN_LEAVE_RESET command here upsets the resume sequence of the libertas driver. Adding the check to avoid the spurious EC_WLAN_LEAVE_RESET fixes the wifi resume behaviour.
The rfkill state is maintained by the hardware over suspend/resume so no extra consideration is needed here.

Based on patches originally written by Bill Pemberton, but redone by me in order to handle some of the coding style issues better, by hand. xo1-rfkill: only act when blocked state is changed The XO-1 rfkill driver should only send EC commands when changing between blocked/unblocked state.
