PCI: Remove MODULE_LICENSE so boolean drivers don't look like modules
Since 8b41fc4454e3 ("kbuild: create modules.builtin without Makefile.modbuiltin or tristate.conf"), MODULE_LICENSE declarations are used to identify modules. As a consequence, MODULE_LICENSE in non-modules causes modprobe to misidentify the object file as a module when it is not, and modprobe might succeed rather than failing with a suitable error message.
For tristate modules that can be either built-in or loaded at runtime, modprobe succeeds in both cases:
# modprobe ext4 [exit status zero if CONFIG_EXT4_FS=y or =m]
For boolean modules like the Standard Hot Plug Controller driver (shpchp) that cannot be loaded at runtime, modprobe should always fail like this:
# modprobe shpchp modprobe: FATAL: Module shpchp not found in directory /lib/modules/... [exit status non-zero regardless of CONFIG_HOTPLUG_PCI_SHPC]
but prior to this commit, shpchp_core.c contained MODULE_LICENSE, so "modprobe shpchp" silently succeeded when it should have failed.
Remove MODULE_LICENSE in files that cannot be built as modules.

PCI: endpoint: Add support to handle multiple base for mapping outbound memory
R-Car PCIe controller has support to map multiple memory regions for mapping the outbound memory in local system also the controller limits single allocation for each region (that is, once a chunk is used from the region it cannot be used to allocate a new one). This features inspires to add support for handling multiple memory bases in endpoint framework.
With this patch pci_epc_mem_init() initializes address space for endpoint controller which support single window and pci_epc_multi_mem_init() initializes multiple windows supported by endpoint controller.

PCI: endpoint: Fix for concurrent memory allocation in OB address region
pci-epc-mem uses a bitmap to manage the Endpoint outbound (OB) address region. This address region will be shared by multiple endpoint functions (in the case of multi function endpoint) and it has to be protected from concurrent access to avoid updating an inconsistent state.
Use a mutex to protect bitmap updates to prevent the memory allocation API from returning incorrect addresses.

PCI: endpoint: Cast the page number to phys_addr_t
Modify pci_epc_mem_alloc_addr() to cast the variable 'pageno' from type 'int' to 'phys_addr_t' before shifting left. This cast is needed to avoid treating bit 31 of 'pageno' as the sign bit which would otherwise get sign-extended to produce a negative value. When added to the base address of PCI memory space, the negative value would produce an invalid physical address which falls before the start of the PCI memory space.

PCI: endpoint: Add support to handle multiple base for mapping outbound memory R-Car PCIe controller has support to map multiple memory regions for mapping the outbound memory in local system also the controller limits single allocation for each region (that is, once a chunk is used from the region it cannot be used to allocate a new one). This features inspires to add support for handling multiple memory bases in endpoint framework. With this patch pci_epc_mem_init() initializes address space for endpoint controller which support single window and pci_epc_multi_mem_init() initializes multiple windows supported by endpoint controller. PCI: endpoint: Pass page size as argument to pci_epc_mem_init() pci_epc_mem_init() internally used page size equal to *PAGE_SIZE* to manage the address space so instead just pass the page size as a argument to pci_epc_mem_init(). PCI: endpoint: Fix for concurrent memory allocation in OB address region pci-epc-mem uses a bitmap to manage the Endpoint outbound (OB) address region. This address region will be shared by multiple endpoint functions (in the case of multi function endpoint) and it has to be protected from concurrent access to avoid updating an inconsistent state. Use a mutex to protect bitmap updates to prevent the memory allocation API from returning incorrect addresses. PCI: endpoint: Cast the page number to phys_addr_t Modify pci_epc_mem_alloc_addr() to cast the variable 'pageno' from type 'int' to 'phys_addr_t' before shifting left. This cast is needed to avoid treating bit 31 of 'pageno' as the sign bit which would otherwise get sign-extended to produce a negative value. When added to the base address of PCI memory space, the negative value would produce an invalid physical address which falls before the start of the PCI memory space. PCI: endpoint: Add support for configurable page size pci-epc-mem uses a page size equal to *PAGE_SIZE* (usually 4KB) to manage the address space. However certain platforms like TI's K2G have a restriction that this address space should be either divided into 1MB/2MB/4MB or 8MB sizes (Ref: 11.14.4.9.1 Outbound Address Translation in K2G TRM SPRUHY8F January 2016 – Revised May 2017).
