mac80211: support secondary channel offset in CSA
Add support for the secondary channel offset IE in channel switch announcements. This is necessary for proper handling of CSA on HT access points.
For this to work it is also necessary to convert everything here to use chandef structs instead of just channels. The driver updates aren't really correct though. In particular, the TI wl18xx driver update can't possibly be right since it just ignores the new channel width for lack of firmware API.

wlcore: update channel_switch/stop_channel_switch commands
Some fields were added to the channel_switch and stop_channel_switch commands. Unfortunately, the new 18xx channel_switch struct is not backward compatible with the 12xx channel switch struct.
Add a new channel_switch op to wlcore, and update the driver accordingly.

wlcore/wl12xx: add support for HP and SKW FEM radio manufacturers
Add support for HP (High Performance TQS fem type 3) and SKW (fem type 2). This is done by increasing the number of FEM manufacturers to 4.
Usually FEM parameters from ini file are read from nvs file and passed to firmware using TEST_CMD_INI_FILE_RADIO_PARAM. Still, because the nvs file has only place for 2 FEMs, we need to pass the new FEM types information in one of the available entries.
This is done by mapping new fem types 2,3 to entry 0. This solution works for manual FEM selection. AutoDetect-FEM still support only fem types 0 and 1.

mac80211: support secondary channel offset in CSA Add support for the secondary channel offset IE in channel switch announcements. Signed-off-by: Johannes Berg <johannes.berg@intel.com>

wlcore: update channel_switch/stop_channel_switch commands Some fields were added to the channel_switch and stop_channel_switch commands. Unfortunately, the new 18xx channel_switch struct is not backward compatible with the 12xx channel switch struct. Add a new channel_switch op to wlcore, and update the driver accordingly. wlcore/wl12xx: add support for HP and SKW FEM radio manufacturers Add support for HP (High Performance TQS fem type 3) and SKW (fem type 2). Signed-off-by: Yair Shapira <yair.shapira@ti.com> Signed-off-by: Luciano Coelho <coelho@ti.com>
