wifi: brcmfmac: add support for vendor-specific firmware api
The driver is being used by multiple vendors who develop the firmware api independently. So far the firmware api as used by the driver has not diverged (yet). This change adds framework for supporting multiple firmware apis. The vendor-specific support code has to provide a number of callback operations. Right now it is only attach and detach callbacks so no real functionality as the api is still common. This code only adds WCC variant anyway, which is selected for all devices right now. The vendor-specific part will be built in a separate module when the driver is configured to be built as a module through Kconfig, ie. when CONFIG_BRCMFMAC=m.

cfg80211: avoid holding the RTNL when calling the driver
Currently, _everything_ in cfg80211 holds the RTNL, and if you have a slow USB device (or a few) you can get some bad lock contention on that.
Fix that by re-adding a mutex to each wiphy/rdev as we had at some point, so we have locking for the wireless_dev lists and all the other things in there, and also so that drivers still don't have to worry too much about it (they still won't get parallel calls for a single device).
Then, we can restrict the RTNL to a few cases where we add or remove interfaces and really need the added protection. Some of the global list management still also uses the RTNL, since we need to have it anyway for netdev management, but we only hold the RTNL for very short periods of time here.

brcmfmac: move "cfg80211_ops" pointer to another struct
This moves "ops" pointer from "struct brcmf_cfg80211_info" to the "struct brcmf_pub". This movement makes it possible to allocate wiphy without attaching cfg80211 (brcmf_cfg80211_attach()). It's required for later separation of wiphy allocation and driver initialization.

brcmfmac: handle msgbuf packets marked with monitor mode flag
New Broadcom firmwares mark monitor mode packets using a newly defined bit in the flags field. Use it to filter them out and pass to the monitor interface. These defines were found in bcmmsgbuf.h from SDK.
As not every firmware generates radiotap header this commit introduces BRCMF_FEAT_MONITOR_FMT_RADIOTAP flag. It has to be has based on firmware capabilities. If not present brcmf_netif_mon_rx() will assume packet is a raw 802.11 frame and will prepend it with an empty radiotap header.
This new code is limited to the msgbuf protocol at this point. Adding support for SDIO/USB devices will require some extra work (possibly a new firmware release).

brcmfmac: use brcmf_chip_name() to store name in revinfo
The chip id can either be four or five digits. For the chip name either the hexadecimal value needs to be taken (four digits) or the decimal value (five digits). The function brcmf_chip_name() does this conversion so use it to store the name in driver revision info.

brcmfmac: add possibility to obtain firmware error
The feature module needs to evaluate the actual firmware error return upon a control command. This adds a flag to struct brcmf_if that the caller can set. This flag is checked to determine the error code that needs to be returned.

brcmfmac: add CLM download support
The firmware for brcmfmac devices includes information regarding regulatory constraints. For certain devices this information is kept separately in a binary form that needs to be downloaded to the device. This patch adds support to download this so-called CLM blob file. It uses the same naming scheme as the other firmware files with extension of .clm_blob.
The CLM blob file is optional. If the file does not exist, the download process will be bypassed. It will not affect the driver loading.

brcmfmac: use const char * for interface name in brcmf_add_if
This function can work just fine with const pointer, it only calls alloc_netdev which take const as well. Moreover it makes this function more flexible as some cfg80211 callback may provide const char * as well, e.g. add_virtual_intf. This will be needed for more advanced interface management.

brcmfmac: fix lockup when removing P2P interface after event timeout
Removing P2P interface is handled by sending a proper request to the firmware. On success firmware triggers an event and driver's handler removes a matching interface.
However on event timeout we remove interface directly from the cfg80211 callback. Current code doesn't handle this case correctly as it always assumes rtnl to be unlocked.
Fix it by adding an extra rtnl_locked parameter to functions and calling unregister_netdevice when needed.

brcmfmac: rework function picking free BSS index
The old implementation was overcomplicated and slightly bugged in some corner cases.
Consider following state of BSS-es (limited to 6 for simplification): drvr->iflist[0]: { bsscfgidx:0, ndev->name:wlan1, } drvr->iflist[1]: (null) drvr->iflist[2]: { bsscfgidx:2, ndev->name:wlan1-1, } drvr->iflist[3]: { bsscfgidx:3, ndev->name:wlan1-2, } drvr->iflist[4]: (null) drvr->iflist[5]: (null) In such case the next AP interface should bsscfgidx 4 (we don't use 1 as it's reserved for P2P).
With old code the loop iterations were following: [ifidx = 0] [bsscfgidx = 2] [highest = 2] [ifidx = 1] [bsscfgidx = 2] [highest = 2] available = true [ifidx = 2] [bsscfgidx = 2] [highest = 2] bsscfgidx = highest + 1 [ifidx = 3] [bsscfgidx = 3] [highest = 2] bsscfgidx = highest + 1 [ifidx = 4] [bsscfgidx = 3] [highest = 2] available = true [ifidx = 5] [bsscfgidx = 3] [highest = 2] available = true There were 2 obvious problems: 1) Having empty BSS at index 1 was resulting in available being always set to true, even if we would run out of BSS-es. 2) Calculated bsscfgidx was invalid (3 instead of 4) resulting in driver not being able to create the 4th AP interface.
New code is simpler, placed in file where it's really used, handles running out of free BSS-es and allows using 4 interfaces at the same time. It also looks for the first free BSS instead of one after the last in use. It works well with current driver (which doesn't allow deleting interfaces) and should be future proof (if we ever allow deleting).
