net: phy: meson-gxl: reuse functionality of the SMSC PHY driver
The Amlogic Meson internal PHY's have the same register layout as certain SMSC PHY's (also for non-c22-standard registers). This seems to be more than just coincidence. Apparently they also need the same workaround for EDPD mode (energy detect power down). Therefore let's reuse SMSC PHY driver functionality in the meson-gxl PHY driver.
Tested with a G12A internal PHY. I don't have GXL test hw, therefore I replace only the callbacks that are identical in the SMSC PHY driver.

net: phy: meson-gxl: Add generic dummy stubs for MMD register access
The Meson G12A Internal PHY does not support standard IEEE MMD extended register access, therefore add generic dummy stubs to fail the read and write MMD calls. This is necessary to prevent the core PHY code from erroneously believing that EEE is supported by this PHY even though this PHY does not support EEE, as MMD register access returns all FFFFs.

net: phy: meson-gxl: fix interrupt handling in forced mode
This PHY doesn't support a link-up interrupt source. If aneg is enabled we use the "aneg complete" interrupt for this purpose, but if aneg is disabled link-up isn't signaled currently. According to a vendor driver there's an additional "energy detect" interrupt source that can be used to signal link-up if aneg is disabled. We can safely ignore this interrupt source if aneg is enabled.
This patch was tested on a TX3 Mini TV box with S905W (even though boot message says it's a S905D).
This issue has been existing longer, but due to changes in phylib and the driver the patch applies only from the commit marked as fixed.

net: phy: meson-gxl: remove the use of .ack_callback()
In preparation of removing the .ack_interrupt() callback, we must replace its occurrences (aka phy_clear_interrupt), from the 2 places where it is called from (phy_enable_interrupts and phy_disable_interrupts), with equivalent functionality.
This means that clearing interrupts now becomes something that the PHY driver is responsible of doing, before enabling interrupts and after clearing them. Make this driver follow the new contract.

net: phy: meson-gxl: implement generic .handle_interrupt() callback
In an attempt to actually support shared IRQs in phylib, we now move the responsibility of triggering the phylib state machine or just returning IRQ_NONE, based on the IRQ status register, to the PHY driver. Having 3 different IRQ handling callbacks (.handle_interrupt(), .did_interrupt() and .ack_interrupt() ) is confusing so let the PHY driver implement directly an IRQ handler like any other device driver. Make this driver follow the new convention.

Supported PHY features are either auto-detected or explicitly set. In both cases calling genphy_config_init isn't needed. All that genphy_config_init does is removing features that are set as supported but can't be auto-detected. Basically it duplicates the code in genphy_read_abilities. Therefore remove such calls from all PHY drivers.

net: phy: switch drivers to use dynamic feature detection
Recently genphy_read_abilities() has been added that dynamically detects clause 22 PHY abilities. I *think* this detection should work with all supported PHY's, at least for the ones with basic features sets, i.e. PHY_BASIC_FEATURES and PHY_GBIT_FEATURES. So let's remove setting these features explicitly and rely on phylib feature detection.
I don't have access to most of these PHY's, therefore I'd appreciate regression testing.

net: phy: meson-gxl: clean-up gxl variant driver
The purpose of this change is to align the gxl and g12a driver declaration.
Like on the g12a variant, remove genphy_aneg_done() from the driver declaration as the net phy framework will default to it anyway.
Also, the gxl phy id should be an exact match as well, so let's change this and use the macro provided.

The g12a SoC family uses the type of internal PHY that was used on the gxl family. The quirks of gxl family, like the LPA register corruption, appear to have been resolved on this new SoC generation.

net: phy: meson-gxl: fix interrupt support
If an interrupt is already pending when the interrupt is enabled on the GXL phy, no IRQ will ever be triggered.
The fix is simply to make sure pending IRQs are cleared before setting up the irq mask.

net: phy: remove flag PHY_HAS_INTERRUPT from driver configs
Now that flag PHY_HAS_INTERRUPT has been replaced with a check for callbacks config_intr and ack_interrupt, we can remove setting this flag from all driver configs. Last but not least remove flag PHY_HAS_INTERRUPT completely.

net: phy: meson-gxl: leave CONFIG_A6 untouched
The PHY performs just as well when left in its default configuration and it makes senses because this poke gets reset just after init.
According to the documentation, all registers in the Analog/DSP bank are reset when there is a mode switch from 10BT to 100BT. The bank is also reset on power down and soft reset, so we will never see the value which may have been set by the bootloader.
In the end, we have used the default configuration so far and there is no reason to change now. Remove CONFIG_A6 poke to make this clear.
