netxen: remove timespec usage
netxen_collect_minidump() evidently just wants to get a monotonic timestamp. Using jiffies_to_timespec(jiffies, &ts) is not appropriate here, since it will overflow after 2^32 jiffies, which may be as short as 49 days of uptime.
ktime_get_seconds() is the correct interface here.

ethernet: use net core MTU range checking in more drivers
Somehow, I missed a healthy number of ethernet drivers in the last pass. Most of these drivers either were in need of an updated max_mtu to make jumbo frames possible to enable again. In a few cases, also setting a different min_mtu to match previous lower bounds. There are also a few drivers that had no upper bounds checking, so they're getting a brand new ETH_MAX_MTU that is identical to IP_MAX_MTU, but accessible by includes all ethernet and ethernet-like drivers all have already.

ethernet: Fix FSF address in file headers
Several files refer to an old address for the Free Software Foundation in the file header comment. Resolve by replacing the address with the URL <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/> so that we do not have to keep updating the header comments anytime the address changes.

netxen: qlogic ethernet : Fix endian bug.
Change the datatype of "ip_addr" to __be32 as 'ip' should be in big endian format.
Adapter needs "ip address" in big endian format stored at lower 32bit of req.word[1]. netxen_config_ipaddr() now receives 'ip' in big endian format. To satisfy adapter's need, use memcpy() to copy byte by byte of 'ip' into lower 32bit of req.word[1].
Mac address and serial number of adapter need to be in little endian format. Change the data type of the related variables to __le32 / __le64 or cast it explicitly to __le32 / __le64 depending upon the requirement.
