net: enetc: reset taprio stats when taprio is deleted

Currently, the window_drop stats persist even if an incorrect Qdisc was
removed from the interface and a new one is installed. This is because
the enetc driver keeps the state, and that is persistent across multiple
Qdiscs.

To resolve the issue, clear all win_drop counters from all TX queues
when the currently active Qdisc is removed. These counters are zero
by default. The counters visible in ethtool -S are also affected,
but I don't care very much about preserving those enough to keep them
monotonically incrementing.

net/sched: taprio: report class offload stats per TXQ, not per TC

The taprio Qdisc creates child classes per netdev TX queue, but
taprio_dump_class_stats() currently reports offload statistics per
traffic class. Traffic classes are groups of TXQs sharing the same
dequeue priority, so this is incorrect and we shouldn't be bundling up
the TXQ stats when reporting them, as we currently do in enetc.

Modify the API from taprio to drivers such that they report TXQ offload
stats and not TC offload stats.

There is no change in the UAPI or in the global Qdisc stats.

net: enetc: correct the indexes of highest and 2nd highest TCs

For ENETC hardware, the TCs are numbered from 0 to N-1, where N
is the number of TCs. Numerically higher TC has higher priority.
It's obvious that the highest priority TC index should be N-1 and
the 2nd highest priority TC index should be N-2.

However, the previous logic uses netdev_get_prio_tc_map() to get
the indexes of highest priority and 2nd highest priority TCs, it
does not make sense and is incorrect to give a "tc" argument to
netdev_get_prio_tc_map(). So the driver may get the wrong indexes
of the two highest priotiry TCs which would lead to failed to set
the CBS for the two highest priotiry TCs.

e.g.
$ tc qdisc add dev eno0 parent root handle 100: mqprio num_tc 6 \
map 0 0 1 1 2 3 4 5 queues 1@0 1@1 1@2 1@3 2@4 2@6 hw 1
$ tc qdisc replace dev eno0 parent 100:6 cbs idleslope 100000 \
sendslope -900000 hicredit 12 locredit -113 offload 1
$ Error: Specified device failed to setup cbs hardware offload.
^^^^^

In this example, the previous logic deems the indexes of the two
highest priotiry TCs should be 3 and 2. Actually, the indexes are
5 and 4, because the number of TCs is 6. So it would be failed to
configure the CBS for the two highest priority TCs.

net/sched: taprio: replace tc_taprio_qopt_offload :: enable with a "cmd" enum

Inspired from struct flow_cls_offload :: cmd, in order for taprio to be
able to report statistics (which is future work), it seems that we need
to drill one step further with the ndo_setup_tc(TC_SETUP_QDISC_TAPRIO)
multiplexing, and pass the command as part of the common portion of the
muxed structure.

Since we already have an "enable" variable in tc_taprio_qopt_offload,
refactor all drivers to check for "cmd" instead of "enable", and reject
every other command except "replace" and "destroy" - to be future proof.

net: enetc: request mqprio to validate the queue counts

The enetc driver does not validate the mqprio queue configuration, so it
currently allows things like this:

$ tc qdisc add dev swp0 root handle 1: mqprio num_tc 8 \
map 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 queues 3@0 1@1 1@2 1@3 1@4 1@5 1@6 1@7 hw 1

But also things like this, completely omitting the queue configuration:

$ tc qdisc add dev eno0 root handle 1: mqprio num_tc 8 \
map 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 hw 1

By requesting validation via the mqprio capability structure, this is no
longer allowed, and we bring what is accepted by hardware in line with
what is accepted by software.

The check that num_tc <= real_num_tx_queues also becomes superfluous and
can be dropped, because mqprio_validate_queue_counts() validates that no
TXQ range exceeds real_num_tx_queues. That is a stronger check, because
there is at least 1 TXQ per TC, so there are at least as many TXQs as TCs.

net: enetc: preserve TX ring priority across reconfiguration

In the blamed commit, a rudimentary reallocation procedure for RX buffer
descriptors was implemented, for the situation when their format changes
between normal (no PTP) and extended (PTP).

enetc_hwtstamp_set() calls enetc_close() and enetc_open() in a sequence,
and this sequence loses information which was previously configured in
the TX BDR Mode Register, specifically via the enetc_set_bdr_prio() call.
The TX ring priority is configured by tc-mqprio and tc-taprio, and
affects important things for TSN such as the TX time of packets. The
issue manifests itself most visibly by the fact that isochron --txtime
reports premature packet transmissions when PTP is first enabled on an
enetc interface.

Save the TX ring priority in a new field in struct enetc_bdr (occupies a
2 byte hole on arm64) in order to make this survive a ring reconfiguration.

net: enetc: manage ENETC_F_QBV in priv->active_offloads only when enabled

Future work in this driver would like to look at priv->active_offloads &
ENETC_F_QBV to determine whether a tc-taprio qdisc offload was
installed, but this does not produce the intended effect.

All the other flags in priv->active_offloads are managed dynamically,
except ENETC_F_QBV which is set statically based on the probed SI capability.

This change makes priv->active_offloads & ENETC_F_QBV really track the
presence of a tc-taprio schedule on the port.

Some existing users, like the enetc_sched_speed_set() call from
phylink_mac_link_up(), are best kept using the old logic: the tc-taprio
offload does not re-trigger another link mode resolve, so the scheduler
needs to be functional from the get go, as long as Qbv is supported at
all on the port. So to preserve functionality there, look at the static
station interface capability from pf->si->hw_features instead.

net: enetc: allow tc-etf offload even with NETIF_F_CSUM_MASK

The Time-Specified Departure feature is indeed mutually exclusive with
TX IP checksumming in ENETC, but TX checksumming in itself is broken and
was removed from this driver in commit 82728b91f124 ("enetc: Remove Tx
checksumming offload code").

The blamed commit declared NETIF_F_HW_CSUM in dev->features to comply
with software TSO's expectations, and still did the checksumming in
software by calling skb_checksum_help(). So there isn't any restriction
for the Time-Specified Departure feature.

However, enetc_setup_tc_txtime() doesn't understand that, and blindly
looks for NETIF_F_CSUM_MASK.

Instead of checking for things which can literally never happen in the
current code base, just remove the check and let the driver offload
tc-etf qdiscs.

net: enetc: unmap DMA in enetc_send_cmd()

Coverity complains of a possible dereference of a null return value.

5. returned_null: kzalloc returns NULL. [show details]
6. var_assigned: Assigning: si_data = NULL return value from kzalloc.
488 si_data = kzalloc(data_size, __GFP_DMA | GFP_KERNEL);
489 cbd.length = cpu_to_le16(data_size);
490
491 dma = dma_map_single(&priv->si->pdev->dev, si_data,
492 data_size, DMA_FROM_DEVICE);

While this kzalloc() is unlikely to fail, I did notice that the function
returned without unmapping si_data.

Fix this by refactoring the error paths and checking for kzalloc()
failure.

net: enetc: move enetc_set_psfp() out of the common enetc_set_features()

[ Upstream commit fed38e64d9b99d65a36c0dbadc3d3f8ddd9ea030 ]

The VF netdev driver shouldn't respond to changes in the NETIF_F_HW_TC
flag; only PFs should. Moreover, TSN-specific code should go to
enetc_qos.c, which should not be included in the VF driver.
