staging: dpaa2-switch: move the driver out of staging
Now that the dpaa2-switch driver has basic I/O capabilities on the switch port net_devices and multiple bridging domains are supported, move the driver out of staging.
The dpaa2-switch driver is placed right next to the dpaa2-eth driver since, in the near future, they will be sharing most of the data path. I didn't implement code reuse in this patch series because I wanted to keep it as small as possible.
Also, the README is removed from staging with the intention to add proper rst documentation afterwards to actually match was is supported by the driver.

dpaa2-mac: add PCS support through the Lynx module
Include PCS support in the dpaa2-eth driver by integrating it with the new Lynx PCS module. There is not much to talk about in terms of changes needed in the dpaa2-eth driver since the only steps necessary are to find the MDIO device representing the PCS, register it to the Lynx PCS module and then let phylink know if its existence also. After this, the PCS callbacks will be treated directly by Lynx, without interraction from dpaa2-eth's part.

dpaa2-eth: Add PFC support through DCB ops
Add support in dpaa2-eth for PFC (Priority Flow Control) through the DCB ops.
Instruct the hardware to respond to received PFC frames. Current firmware doesn't allow us to selectively enable PFC on the Rx side for some priorities only, so we will react to all incoming PFC frames (and stop transmitting on the traffic classes specified in the frame).
Also, configure the hardware to generate PFC frames based on Rx congestion notifications. When a certain number of frames accumulate in the ingress queues corresponding to a traffic class, priority flow control frames are generated for that TC.
The number of PFC traffic classes available can be queried through lldptool. Also, which of those traffic classes have PFC enabled is also controlled through the same dcbnl_rtnl_ops callbacks.

dpaa2-ptp: reuse ptp_qoriq driver
Although dpaa2-ptp.c driver is a fsl_mc_driver which is using MC APIs for register accessing, it's same IP block with eTSEC/DPAA/ENETC 1588 timer. This patch is to convert to reuse ptp_qoriq driver by using register ioremap and dropping related MC APIs. However the interrupts could only be handled by MC which fires MSIs to ARM cores. So the interrupt enabling and handling still rely on MC APIs.

dpaa2-ptp: reuse ptp_qoriq driver Although dpaa2-ptp.c driver is a fsl_mc_driver which is using MC APIs for register accessing, it's same IP block with eTSEC/DPAA/ENETC 1588 timer. This patch is to convert to reuse ptp_qoriq driver by using register ioremap and dropping related MC APIs. However the interrupts could only be handled by MC which fires MSIs to ARM cores. So the interrupt enabling and handling still rely on MC APIs. Signed-off-by: Yangbo Lu <yangbo.lu@nxp.com> Signed-off-by: David S. Miller <davem@davemloft.net>

net: dpaa2: improve PTP Kconfig option Converted to use "imply" instead of "select" for PTP_1588_CLOCK driver selecting. This could break the hard dependency between the PTP clock subsystem and ethernet drivers. This patch also set "default y" for dpaa2 ptp driver building to provide user an available ptp clock in default. dpaa2-eth: Fix Kconfig dependencies Both ARCH_LAYERSCAPE and COMPILE_TEST dependencies are already implied through the FSL_MC_BUS dep, so there's no need to state it explicitly. Also, the fsl-mc bus depends on COMPILE_TEST only for some architectures (arm, arm64, ppc, x86), so it's not correct to claim build support unconditionally.
