mmc: sdhci-sprd: Fix the incorrect soft reset operation when runtime resuming

The SD host controller specification defines 3 types software reset:
software reset for data line, software reset for command line and software
reset for all. Software reset for all means this reset affects the entire
Host controller except for the card detection circuit.

In sdhci_runtime_resume_host() we always do a software "reset for all",
which causes the Spreadtrum variant controller to work abnormally after
resuming. To fix the problem, let's do a software reset for the data and
the command part, rather than "for all".

However, as sdhci_runtime_resume() is a common sdhci function and we don't
want to change the behaviour for other variants, let's introduce a new
in-parameter for it. This enables the caller to decide if a "reset for all"
shall be done or not.

mmc: sdhci: pxav3: Delete GPIO handling

The platform data for the PXAv3 driver allows passing a card
detect GPIO, but this code is not used in the kernel.

In order to not encourage the use of the old global GPIO
numberspace we need to remove this.

Card detect (and write protect) GPIO can easily be added into
the driver using machine descriptor tables instead, and the
descriptor-based (gpiod) variants of the slot GPIO APIs.

mmc: sdhci-*: Don't emit error msg if sdhci_add_host() fails

I noticed below error msg with sdhci-pxav3 on some berlin platforms:

[.....] sdhci-pxav3 f7ab0000.sdhci failed to add host

It is due to getting related vmmc or vqmmc regulator returns
-EPROBE_DEFER. It doesn't matter at all but it's confusing.

>From another side, if driver probing fails and the error number isn't
-EPROBE_DEFER, the core will tell us something as below:

[.....] sdhci-pxav3: probe of f7ab0000.sdhci failed with error -EXX

So it's not necessary to emit error msg if sdhci_add_host() fails. And
some other sdhci host drivers also have this issue, let's fix them
together.

mmc: sdhci-pxav3: Remove non needed #ifdef CONFIG_PM for dev_pm_ops

As the SET_SYSTEM_SLEEP_PM_OPS and the SET_RUNTIME_PM_OPS macro deals with
the CONFIG_PM options when assigning the callbacks, it becomes redundant
to control this when declaring the struct dev_pm_ops. Instead let's always
declare it as it simplifies the code.

mmc: sdhci: Fix regression setting power on Trats2 board

Several commits relating to setting power have been introducing
problems by putting driver-specific rules into generic SDHCI code.

Krzysztof Kozlowski reported that after commit 918f4cbd4340 ("mmc:
sdhci: restore behavior when setting VDD via external regulator")
on Trats2 board there are warnings for invalid VDD value (2.8V):

Fix by adding a 'set_power' callback and restoring the default
behaviour prior to commit 918f4cbd4340 ("mmc: sdhci: restore
behavior when setting VDD via external regulator"). The desired
behaviour of that commit is gotten by having sdhci-pxav3 provide
its own set_power callback.

Commit 0e748234293f ("mmc: sdhci: Add size for caller in init+register")
allows users of sdhci_pltfm to allocate private space in calls to
sdhci_pltfm_init+sdhci_pltfm_register. This patch migrates sdhci-pxav3
to this allocation.

mmc: sdhci-pxav3: fix higher speed mode capabilities

Commit 1140011ee9d9 ("mmc: sdhci-pxav3: Modify clock settings for the
SDR50 and DDR50 modes") broke any chance of the SDR50 or DDR50 modes
being used.

The commit claims that SDR50 and DDR50 require clock adjustments in
the SDIO3 Configuration register, which is located via the "conf-sdio3"
resource. However, when this resource is given, we fail to read the
host capabilities 1 register, resulting in host->caps1 being zero.
Hence, both SDHCI_SUPPORT_SDR50 and SDHCI_SUPPORT_DDR50 bits remain
zero, disabling the SDR50 and DDR50 modes.

The underlying idea in this function appears to be to read the device
capabilities, modify them, and set SDHCI_QUIRK_MISSING_CAPS to cause
our modified capabilities to be used. Implement exactly that.

mmc: sdhci-pxav3: fix device wakeup initialization

MMC_PM_KEEP_POWER doesn't imply MMC_PM_WAKE_SDIO_IRQ, we should only
enable device wake up when MMC_PM_WAKE_SDIO_IRQ is set. And "pm_flags"
is the requested pm features, we should not set it in the host driver.

At the same time, device wakeup is disabled by default, so there's no
need to disable device wakeup explicitly.
