mmc: cavium-octeon: Convert to platform remove callback returning void
The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns void.
Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove callback to the void returning variant.

mmc: Explicitly include correct DT includes
The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus. As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they "temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to explicitly include the correct includes.

mmc: cavium-octeon: remove nonsense variable coercion
In this function, the variable 'base' is already 'void __iomem *base', and the return function 'devm_platform_ioremap_resource()' also returns this type, so the mandatory definition here is redundant.

mmc: cavium-octeon: Fix interrupt enable code
OCTEON SoCs with CIU3 do not have interrupt masking local to the MMC bus interface. Unfortunately, some even have a diagnostic register at the same address of the enable register, which causes the interrupts to fire immediately if stored to, thus breaking the driver. The proper action on these SoCs is not to touch this register.

mmc: Set PROBE_PREFER_ASYNCHRONOUS for drivers that existed in v4.14 This is like commit 3d3451124f3d ("mmc: sdhci-msm: Prefer asynchronous probe") but applied to a whole pile of drivers. This batch converts the drivers that appeared to be around in the v4.14 timeframe. mmc: cavium-octeon: remove nonsense variable coercion In this function, the variable 'base' is already 'void __iomem *base', and the return function 'devm_platform_ioremap_resource()' also returns this type, so the mandatory definition here is redundant. mmc: cavium: Fix probing race with regulator If the regulator probing is not yet finished this driver might catch a -EPROBE_DEFER. Returning after this condition did not remove the created platform device. On a repeated call to the probe function the of_platform_device_create fails. Calling of_platform_device_destroy after EPROBE_DEFER resolves this bug. Signed-off-by: Jan Glauber <jglauber@cavium.com> Signed-off-by: Ulf Hansson <ulf.hansson@linaro.org>

mmc: cavium-octeon: Fix interrupt enable code OCTEON SoCs with CIU3 do not have interrupt masking local to the MMC bus interface. Unfortunately, some even have a diagnostic register at the same address of the enable register, which causes the interrupts to fire immediately if stored to, thus breaking the driver. The proper action on these SoCs is not to touch this register. Fixes: 01d95843335c ("mmc: cavium: Add MMC support for Octeon SOCs.")
