of_parse_phandle() returns a device_node with refcount incremented, which the callee needs to call of_node_put() on when done. We should only call of_node_put() when the property argument is provided though as otherwise nothing has taken a reference on the node.

mfd: syscon: Allow reset control for syscon devices
Simple syscon devices may require deassertion of a reset signal in order to access their register set. Rather than requiring a custom driver to implement this, we can use the generic "resets" specifiers to link a reset line to the syscon.
This change adds an optional reset line to the syscon device description, and deasserts the reset if detected.

This reverts commit 72a95859728a7866522e6633818bebc1c2519b17.
It broke reboots on big-endian MIPS and MIPS64 malta QEMU instances, which use the syscon driver. Little-endian is not effected, which means likely it's important to handle regmap_get_val_endian() in this function after all.

mfd: syscon: Add syscon_regmap_lookup_by_phandle_optional() function.
This adds syscon_regmap_lookup_by_phandle_optional() function to get an optional regmap.
It behaves the same as syscon_regmap_lookup_by_phandle() except where there is no regmap phandle. In this case, instead of returning -ENODEV, the function returns NULL. This makes error checking simpler when the regmap phandle is optional.

mfd: syscon: Use a unique name with regmap_config
The DT node full name is currently being used in regmap_config which in turn is used to create the regmap debugfs directories. This name however is not guaranteed to be unique and the regmap debugfs registration can fail in the cases where the syscon nodes have the same unit-address but are present in different DT node hierarchies. Replace this logic using the syscon reg resource address instead (inspired from logic used while creating platform devices) to ensure a unique name is given for each syscon.

mfd/syscon: Add device_node_to_regmap()
device_node_to_regmap() is exactly like syscon_node_to_regmap(), but it does not check that the node is compatible with "syscon", and won't attach the first clock it finds to the regmap.
The rationale behind this, is that one device node with a standard compatible string "foo,bar" can be covered by multiple drivers sharing a regmap, or by a single driver doing all the job without a regmap, but these are implementation details which shouldn't reflect on the devicetree.

mfd: syscon: Make it explicitly non-modular
The Kconfig currently controlling compilation of this code is:
drivers/mfd/Kconfig:config MFD_SYSCON drivers/mfd/Kconfig: bool "System Controller Register R/W Based on Regmap"
...meaning that it currently is not being built as a module by anyone.
Lets remove the modular code that is essentially orphaned, so that when reading the driver there is no doubt it is builtin-only.
Since module_init was not in use by this code, the init ordering remains unchanged with this commit.
We also delete the MODULE_LICENSE tag etc. since all that information is already contained at the top of the file in the comments.

mfd: syscon: Support native-endian regmaps
The regmap devicetree binding documentation states that a native-endian property should be supported as well as big-endian & little-endian, however syscon in its duplication of the parsing of these properties omits support for native-endian. Fix this by setting REGMAP_ENDIAN_NATIVE when a native-endian property is found.
