net: mscc: ocelot: fix duplicate driver name error
When compiling a kernel which has both CONFIG_NET_DSA_MSCC_OCELOT_EXT and CONFIG_MSCC_OCELOT_SWITCH enabled, the following error message will be printed:
[ 5.266588] Error: Driver 'ocelot-switch' is already registered, aborting...
Rename the ocelot_ext.c driver to "ocelot-ext-switch" to avoid the name duplication, and update the mfd_cell entry for its resources.

The *_RES_SIZE macros are initally <= 0x100. Future resource sizes will be upwards of 0x200000 in size.
To keep things clean, fully align the RES_SIZE macros to 32-bit to do nothing more than make the code more consistent.

mfd: ocelot: Add support for the vsc7512 chip via spi
The VSC7512 is a networking chip that contains several peripherals. Many of these peripherals are currently supported by the VSC7513 and VSC7514 chips, but those run on an internal CPU. The VSC7512 lacks this CPU, and must be controlled externally.
Utilize the existing drivers by referencing the chip as an MFD. Add support for the two MDIO buses, the internal phys, pinctrl, and serial GPIO.
