media: i2c: adv748x: Report correct DV timings for pattern generator
If the pattern generator is enabled the device shall not be queried for timings. Instead the timings programmed shall be reported as they are the ones being used to generate the pattern.
Before this change an external HDMI source needed to be connected for the pattern generator to work. The driver would query this external HDMI source for timings and program the pattern generator using those.
With this change the user can control the timings and have the pattern generator work without the need of an external HDMI source being connected.

media: i2c: adv748x: Write initial DV timings to device
When initializing the HDMI block during probe an initial set of timings are selected. These timings are stored in the drivers private data, but not written to the device.
This in itself is not bad, but in s_dv_timings() the timings stored in the drivers private data are compared to the new timings, if they match no action is taken. This creates the corner-case where the timing selected at initialization is the first timings a user want to use as the driver then never writes it to the device preventing proper operation.
Fix this by writing the timings to the device at initialization in addition to storing them in the drivers private data.

media: i2c: adv748x: Fix lookup of DV timings
The loop to match the requested timings with the ones supported by the driver is incorrect. It always iterates thru the whole array of supported modes. The bounds check after the loop always triggers resulting in adv748x_hdmi_set_video_timings() always returning -EINVAL.
Fix this by correcting the lookup to break the loop when a match is found.

media: v4l2-subdev: add subdev-wide state struct
We have 'struct v4l2_subdev_pad_config' which contains configuration for a single pad used for the TRY functionality, and an array of those structs is passed to various v4l2_subdev_pad_ops.
I was working on subdev internal routing between pads, and realized that there's no way to add TRY functionality for routes, which is not pad specific configuration. Adding a separate struct for try-route config wouldn't work either, as e.g. set-fmt needs to know the try-route configuration to propagate the settings.
This patch adds a new struct, 'struct v4l2_subdev_state' (which at the moment only contains the v4l2_subdev_pad_config array) and the new struct is used in most of the places where v4l2_subdev_pad_config was used. All v4l2_subdev_pad_ops functions taking v4l2_subdev_pad_config are changed to instead take v4l2_subdev_state.
The changes to drivers/media/v4l2-core/v4l2-subdev.c and include/media/v4l2-subdev.h were written by hand, and all the driver changes were done with the semantic patch below. The spatch needs to be applied to a select list of directories. I used the following shell commands to apply the spatch:
dirs="drivers/media/i2c drivers/media/platform drivers/media/usb drivers/media/test-drivers/vimc drivers/media/pci drivers/staging/media" for dir in $dirs; do spatch -j8 --dir --include-headers --no-show-diff --in-place --sp-file v4l2-subdev-state.cocci $dir; done
Note that Coccinelle chokes on a few drivers (gcc extensions?). With minor changes we can make Coccinelle run fine, and these changes can be reverted after spatch. The diff for these changes is:

Both the AFE and HDMI s_stream routines (adv748x_afe_s_stream() and adv748x_hdmi_s_stream()) have to enable the CSI-2 TX they are streaming video data to.
With the introduction of dynamic routing between HDMI and AFE entities to TXA, the video stream sink needs to be set at run time, and not statically selected as the s_stream functions are currently doing.
To fix this, store a reference to the active CSI-2 TX sink for both HDMI and AFE sources, and operate on it when starting/stopping the stream.

media: i2c: adv748x: Fix pixel rate values
The pixel rate, as reported by the V4L2_CID_PIXEL_RATE control, must include both horizontal and vertical blanking. Both the AFE and HDMI receiver program it incorrectly:
- The HDMI receiver goes to the trouble of removing blanking to compute the rate of active pixels. This is easy to fix by removing the computation and returning the incoming pixel clock rate directly.
- The AFE performs similar calculation, while it should simply return the fixed pixel rate for analog sources, mandated by the ADV748x to be 14.3180180 MHz.

media: i2c: adv748x: fix HDMI field heights
The ADV748x handles interlaced media using V4L2_FIELD_ALTERNATE field types. The correct specification for the height on the mbus is the image height, in this instance, the field height.
The AFE component already correctly adjusts the height on the mbus, but the HDMI component got left behind.
Adjust the mbus height to correctly describe the image height of the fields when processing interlaced video for HDMI pipelines.

media: i2c: adv748x: add adv748x driver
Provide support for the ADV7481 and ADV7482.
The driver is modelled with 4 subdevices to allow simultaneous streaming from the AFE (Analog front end) and HDMI inputs though two CSI TX entities.
The HDMI entity is linked to the TXA CSI bus, whilst the AFE is linked to the TXB CSI bus.
The driver is based on a prototype by Koji Matsuoka in the Renesas BSP, and an earlier rework by Niklas Söderlund.

media: adv748x: Store the TX sink in HDMI/AFE Both the AFE and HDMI s_stream routines (adv748x_afe_s_stream() and adv748x_hdmi_s_stream()) have to enable the CSI-2 TX they are streaming video data to.
