If an error occurs after a successful i2c_mux_add_adapter(), then i2c_mux_del_adapters() should be called to free some resources, as already done in the remove function.

media: dvb: symbol fixup for dvb_attach()
In commit 9011e49d54dc ("modules: only allow symbol_get of EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL modules") the use of symbol_get is properly restricted to GPL-only marked symbols. This interacts oddly with the DVB logic which only uses dvb_attach() to load the dvb driver which then uses symbol_get().
Fix this up by properly marking all of the dvb_attach attach symbols as EXPORT_SYMBOL_GPL().

i2c: Make remove callback return void
The value returned by an i2c driver's remove function is mostly ignored. (Only an error message is printed if the value is non-zero that the error is ignored.)
So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly. There is no intended change of behaviour, all callbacks were prepared to return 0 before.

Ref: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=199323
Users are experiencing problems with the DVBSky S960/S960C USB devices since the following commit:
9d659ae: ("locking/mutex: Add lock handoff to avoid starvation")
The device malfunctions after running for an indeterminable period of time, and the problem can only be cleared by rebooting the machine.
It is possible to encourage the problem to surface by blocking the signal to the LNB.
Further debugging revealed the cause of the problem.
In the following capture: - thread #1325 is running m88ds3103_set_frontend - thread #42 is running ts2020_stat_work

Two i2c messages are sent to perform a reset in m88ds3103_set_frontend:
a. 0x07, 0x80 b. 0x07, 0x00
However, as shown in the capture, the regmap mutex is being handed over to another thread (ts2020_stat_work) in between these two messages.
>From here, the device responds to every i2c message with an 07 message, and will only return to normal operation following a power cycle.
Use regmap_multi_reg_write to group the two reset messages, ensuring both are processed before the regmap mutex is unlocked.

media: dvb: represent min/max/step/tolerance freqs in Hz
Right now, satellite frontend drivers specify frequencies in kHz, while terrestrial/cable ones specify in Hz. That's confusing for developers.
However, the main problem is that universal frontends capable of handling both satellite and non-satelite delivery systems are appearing. We end by needing to hack the drivers in order to support such hybrid frontends.
So, convert everything to specify frontend frequencies in Hz.

This may happen on normal circumstances, if, for some reason, the demod hangs and start returning an invalid chip ID:

[media] dvb: make DVB frontend *_ops instances "const"
These are immutable. Making them "const" allows the compiler to move them to the "rodata" section.
Note that cxd2841er_t_c_ops cannot be made "const", because cxd2841er_attach() modifies it. Ouch!

[media] m88ds3103: calculate DiSEqC message sending time
DiSEqC message sending takes 13.5 ms per byte, which is 54 ms total when typical 4 byte message is sent. Don't hard-code time limit to 54 ms, but calculate it. Time limit is only used to determine when to start poll "DiSEqC Tx ready" status from the chip.
