Input: bu21013_ts - use local 'client->dev' variable in probe()
'dev' is shorter and simpler than '&client->dev' and in few cases it allows to skip line wrapping. Probe function uses '&client->dev' a lot, so this improves readability slightly.

Input: bu21013_ts - switch to DEFINE_SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() and pm_sleep_ptr()
SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() is deprecated as it requires explicit protection against unused function warnings. The new combination of pm_sleep_ptr() and DEFINE_SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() allows the compiler to see the functions, thus suppressing the warning, but still allowing the unused code to be removed. Thus also drop the __maybe_unused markings.

i2c: Make remove callback return void
The value returned by an i2c driver's remove function is mostly ignored. (Only an error message is printed if the value is non-zero that the error is ignored.)
So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly. There is no intended change of behaviour, all callbacks were prepared to return 0 before.

Input: bu21013_ts - fix suspend when wake source
If the touchscreen is configured as wakeup source we should not be cutting off power to it.
Also, now that the driver relies on I2C client to supply IRQ, we do not need to explicitly enable and disable IRQ for wakeup: if device is created as wakeup source, I2C core will mark interrupt as wakeup one.

Input: bu21013_ts - remove support for platform data
There are no current users of the platform data in the tree, and any new users should either use device tree, or static device properties to describe the device.
This change drop the platform data definition and handling and moves the driver over to generic device properties API. We also drop support for the external clock. If it is needed we will have to extend the bindings to supply the clock reference and handle it properly in the driver.
Also, wakeup setting should be coming from I2C client.

This driver can use GPIO descriptors rather than GPIO numbers without any problems, convert it. Name the field variables after the actual pins on the chip rather than the "reset" and "touch" names from the devicetree bindings that are vaguely inaccurate.

Input: touchscreen - drop unnecessary calls to device_init_wakeup
Calling device_init_wakeup in the remove function is unnecessary since the device is going away, and thus won't be able to cause any wakeups under any circumstances. Besides, the driver cleanup code already handles the necessary cleanup.
Similarly, disabling wakeup in the probe error path is unnecessary, as is disabling wakeup in the probe function in the first place.

Now we can register the BU21013_ts touch screen when booting with Device Tree enabled. Here we parse all the necessary components previously expected to be passed from platform data.

Input: bu21013_ts - request regulator that actually exists
Currently the BU21013 Touch Screen driver requests a regulator by the name of 'V-TOUCH', which doesn't exist anywhere in the kernel. The correct name, as referenced in platform regulator code is 'avdd'. Here, when we request a regulator, we use the correct name instead.
