Input: Explicitly include correct DT includes
The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus. As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they "temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to explicitly include the correct includes.

Input: pmic8xxx-pwrkey - switch to DEFINE_SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() and pm_sleep_ptr()
SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() is deprecated as it requires explicit protection against unused function warnings. The new combination of pm_sleep_ptr() and DEFINE_SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() allows the compiler to see the functions, thus suppressing the warning, but still allowing the unused code to be removed. Thus also drop the __maybe_unused markings.

Input: misc - drop unnecessary calls to device_init_wakeup
Calling device_init_wakeup in the remove function is unnecessary since the device is going away, and thus won't be able to cause any wakeups under any circumstances. Besides, the driver cleanup code already handles the necessary cleanup.
Similarly, disabling wakeup in the probe error path is unnecessary, as is disabling wakeup in the probe function in the first place.

Input: pmic8xxx-pwrkey - fix algorithm for converting trigger delay
The trigger delay algorithm that converts from microseconds to the register value looks incorrect. According to most of the PMIC documentation, the equation is
delay (Seconds) = (1 / 1024) * 2 ^ (x + 4)
except for one case where the documentation looks to have a formatting issue and the equation looks like
delay (Seconds) = (1 / 1024) * 2 x + 4
Most likely this driver was written with the improper documentation to begin with. According to the downstream sources the valid delays are from 2 seconds to 1/64 second, and the latter equation just doesn't make sense for that. Let's fix the algorithm and the range check to match the documentation and the downstream sources.

Input: pmic8xxx-pwrkey - set sane default for debounce time
If the debounce time is 0 our usage of ilog2() later on in this driver will cause undefined behavior. If CONFIG_OF=n this fact is evident to the compiler, and it emits a call to ____ilog2_NaN() which doesn't exist. Fix this by setting a sane default for debounce and failing to probe if debounce is 0 in the DT.

Input: delete non-required instances of include <linux/init.h>
None of these files are actually using any __init type directives and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to code getting copied from one driver to the next.
