We have bool so use it consistently in all the drivers.

@@ identifier v; @@ ( - v->valid = 0 + v->valid = false | - v->valid = 1 + v->valid = true )

hwmon: use simple i2c probe function (take 2)
Many hwmon drivers don't use the id information provided by the old i2c probe function, and the remainder can easily be adapted to the new form ("probe_new") by calling i2c_match_id explicitly.
This avoids scanning the identifier tables during probes.
Drivers which didn't use the id are converted as-is; drivers which did are modified to call i2c_match_id() with the same level of error-handling (if any) as before.
This patch wraps up the transition for hwmon, with four stragglers not included in the previous large patch.

Use SENSOR[_DEVICE]_ATTR[_2]_{RO,RW,WO} to simplify the source code, to improve readbility, and to reduce the chance of inconsistencies.
Also replace any remaining S_<PERMS> in the driver with octal values.
The conversion was done automatically with coccinelle. The semantic patches and the scripts used to generate this commit log are available at https://github.com/groeck/coccinelle-patches/.
This patch does not introduce functional changes. It was verified by compiling the old and new files and comparing text and data sizes.

hwmon: (lm87) Add OF device ID table
The driver doesn't have a struct of_device_id table but supported devices are registered via Device Trees. This is working on the assumption that a I2C device registered via OF will always match a legacy I2C device ID and that the MODALIAS reported will always be of the form i2c:<device>.
But this could change in the future so the correct approach is to have an OF device ID table if the devices are registered via OF.

hwmon: (lm87) Allow channel data to be set from dts file
Currently there is no method for setting the channel value from the DTS file. When, the driver uses a dts file to initialize the driver platform_data is not set. As a result channel variable may not be set correctly.
Without the channel variable set correctly, some of the sensors will not be initialized correctly. For example temp3 sensor sysfs entries.
This implements the schema agreed with the device tree binding document.
