Put back the radeon_dp_work_func logic. It seems that handling DP RX interrupts is necessary to make some panels work. This was removed with the MST support, but it regresses some systems so add it back. While we are here, add the proper mutex locking.

drm/radeon: Drop legacy MST support
Right now, radeon is technically the only non-atomic driver still making use of the MST helpers - and thus the final user of all of the legacy MST helpers. Originally I was going to look into seeing if we could move legacy MST into the radeon driver itself, however:
* SI and CIK both can use amdgpu, which still supports MST * It currently doesn't work according to my own testing. I'm sure with some troubleshooting we could likely fix it, but that brings me to point #2: * It was never actually enabled by default, and is still marked as experimental in the module parameter description * If people were using it, someone probably would have probably seen a bug report about how it is currently not functional by now. That certainly doesn't appear to be the case, since before getting access to my own hardware I had to go out of my way to try finding someone to help test whether this legacy MST code even works - even amongst AMD employees. * Getting rid of this code and only having atomic versions of the MST helpers to maintain is likely going to be a lot easier in the long run, and will make it a lot easier for others contributing to this code to follow along with what's happening.
FWIW - if anyone still wants this code to be in the tree and has a good idea of how to support this without needing to maintain the legacy MST helpers (trying to move them would probably be acceptable), I'm happy to suggestions. But my hope is that we can just drop this code and forget about it. I've already run this idea by Harry Wentland and Alex Deucher a few times as well.

drm: Split out drm_probe_helper.h
Having the probe helper stuff (which pretty much everyone needs) in the drm_crtc_helper.h file (which atomic drivers should never need) is confusing. Split them out.
To make sure I actually achieved the goal here I went through all drivers. And indeed, all atomic drivers are now free of drm_crtc_helper.h includes.
v2: Make it compile. There was so much compile fail on arm drivers that I figured I'll better not include any of the acks on v1.
v3: Massive rebase because i915 has lost a lot of drmP.h includes, but not all: Through drm_crtc_helper.h > drm_modeset_helper.h -> drmP.h there was still one, which this patch largely removes. Which means rolling out lots more includes all over.
This will also conflict with ongoing drmP.h cleanup by others I expect.
v3: Rebase on top of atomic bochs.
v4: Review from Laurent for bridge/rcar/omap/shmob/core bits: - (re)move some of the added includes, use the better include files in other places (all suggested from Laurent adopted unchanged). - sort alphabetically
v5: Actually try to sort them, and while at it, sort all the ones I touch.
v6: Rebase onto i915 changes.
v7: Rebase once more.

drm/radeon: Allow vblank_disable_immediate.
With instantaneous high precision vblank timestamping that updates at leading edge of vblank, a cooked hw vblank counter which increments at leading edge of vblank, and reliable page flip execution and completion at leading edge of vblank, we should meet the requirements for fast/immediate vblank irq disable/enable.
Testing on Linux-4.12-rc5 + drm-next on a Radeon HD 5770 (DCE 4) with timing measurement equipment indicates this works fine, so allow immediate vblank disable for power saving.
For debugging in case of unexpected trouble, booting with kernel cmdline option drm.vblankoffdelay=0 (or echo 0 > /sys/module/drm/parameters/vblankoffdelay) would keep vblank irqs permanently on to approximate old behavior.

drm/amd|radeon: Drop drm_vblank_cleanup
Both drivers shut down all crtc beforehand already, which will shut up any pending vblank (the only thing vblank_cleanup really does is disable the disable timer). Hence we don't need this here and can remove it.

drm/radeon: Cleanup display interrupt handling for evergreen, si
The current code here is really, really bad. A huge amount of it looks to be copy pasted, it has some weird hatred of arrays and code sharing, switch cases everywhere for things that really don't need them, and it makes the file seem immensely more complex then it actually is. This is a pain for maintanence, and is vulnerable to more weird irq handling bugs.
So, let's start cleaning this up a bit. Modify all of the IRQ handlers for evergreen/si so that they just use for loops. As well, we add a helper function radeon_irq_kms_set_irq_n_enabled(), whose purpose is just to update the state of registers that enable/disable interrupts while printing any changes to the set of enabled interrupts to the kernel log.
Note in this commit, since vblank/vline irq acking is intertwined with page flip irq acking, we can't cut out all of the copy paste in evergreen/si_irq_ack() just yet.
Changes since v1: - Preserve order we write back all registers

drm: Rework vblank-wait handling to allow interrupt reduction.
to stay backwards-compatible with old UMS code that didn't even tell the kernel when it did a modeset, so that the kernel could save/restore vblank counters. At worst this means vblanks will be somewhat funky on a setup that very likely no one still runs.
So let's just nuke it.
Plan B would be to set it unconditionally in drm_vblank_init for kms drivers, instead of in each driver separately. So if this patch breaks anything please only restore the hunks in drmP.h and drm_irq.c, plus add a check for DRIVER_MODESET in drm_vblank_init.
Stumbled over this in a discussion on irc with Chris.

drm/radeon: Retry DDC probing on DVI on failure if we got an HPD interrupt
HPD signals on DVI ports can be fired off before the pins required for DDC probing actually make contact, due to the pins for HPD making contact first. This results in a HPD signal being asserted but DDC probing failing, resulting in hotplugging occasionally failing.
This is somewhat rare on most cards (depending on what angle you plug the DVI connector in), but on some cards it happens constantly. The Radeon R5 on the machine used for testing this patch for instance, runs into this issue just about every time I try to hotplug a DVI monitor and as a result hotplugging almost never works.
Rescheduling the hotplug work for a second when we run into an HPD signal with a failing DDC probe usually gives enough time for the rest of the connector's pins to make contact, and fixes this issue.

gpu/radeon: Set flag to indicate broken 64-bit MSI
Some radeon ASICs don't support all 64 address bits of MSIs despite advertising support for 64-bit MSIs in their configuration space.
This breaks on systems such as IBM POWER7/8, where 64-bit MSIs can be assigned with some of the high address bits set.
This makes use of the newly introduced "no_64bit_msi" flag in structure pci_dev to allow the MSI allocation code to fallback to 32-bit MSIs on those adapters.
