drm/mxsfb: Disable overlay plane in mxsfb_plane_overlay_atomic_disable()

When disabling overlay plane in mxsfb_plane_overlay_atomic_update(),
overlay plane's framebuffer pointer is NULL. So, dereferencing it would
cause a kernel Oops(NULL pointer dereferencing). Fix the issue by
disabling overlay plane in mxsfb_plane_overlay_atomic_disable() instead.

drm/gem: rename struct drm_gem_dma_object.{paddr => dma_addr}

The field paddr of struct drm_gem_dma_object holds a DMA address, which
might actually be a physical address. However, depending on the platform,
it can also be a bus address or a virtual address managed by an IOMMU.

Hence, rename the field to dma_addr, which is more applicable.

In order to do this renaming the following coccinelle script was used:

```
This patch is compile-time tested with:
drm/gem: rename GEM CMA helpers to GEM DMA helpers
Rename "GEM CMA" helpers to "GEM DMA" helpers - considering the
hierarchy of APIs (mm/cma -> dma -> gem dma) calling them "GEM
DMA" seems to be more applicable.
Besides that, commit e57924d4ae80 ("drm/doc: Task to rename CMA helpers")
requests to rename the CMA helpers and implies that people seem to be
confused about the naming.
In order to do this renaming the following script was used:
```
#!/bin/bash

DIRS="drivers/gpu include/drm Documentation/gpu"

REGEX_SYM_UPPER="[0-9A-Z_\-]"
REGEX_SYM_LOWER="[0-9a-z_\-]"

REGEX_GREP_UPPER="(${REGEX_SYM_UPPER}*)(GEM)_CMA_(${REGEX_SYM_UPPER}*)"
REGEX_GREP_LOWER="(${REGEX_SYM_LOWER}*)(gem)_cma_(${REGEX_SYM_LOWER}*)"

REGEX_SED_UPPER="s/${REGEX_GREP_UPPER}/\1\2_DMA_\3/g"
REGEX_SED_LOWER="s/${REGEX_GREP_LOWER}/\1\2_dma_\3/g"

# Find all upper case 'CMA' symbols and replace them with 'DMA'.
for ff in $(grep -REHl "${REGEX_GREP_UPPER}" $DIRS)
do
sed -i -E "$REGEX_SED_UPPER" $ff
done

# Find all lower case 'cma' symbols and replace them with 'dma'.
for ff in $(grep -REHl "${REGEX_GREP_LOWER}" $DIRS)
do
sed -i -E "$REGEX_SED_LOWER" $ff
done

# Replace all occurrences of 'CMA' / 'cma' in comments and
# documentation files with 'DMA' / 'dma'.
for ff in $(grep -RiHl " cma " $DIRS)
do
sed -i -E "s/ cma / dma /g" $ff
sed -i -E "s/ CMA / DMA /g" $ff
done

# Rename all 'cma_obj's to 'dma_obj'.
for ff in $(grep -RiHl "cma_obj" $DIRS)
do
sed -i -E "s/cma_obj/dma_obj/g" $ff
done
```
Only a few more manual modifications were needed, e.g. reverting the
following modifications in some DRM Kconfig files
- select CMA if HAVE_DMA_CONTIGUOUS
+ select DMA if HAVE_DMA_CONTIGUOUS
as well as manually picking the occurrences of 'CMA'/'cma' in comments and
documentation which relate to "GEM CMA", but not "FB CMA".
Also drivers/gpu/drm/Makefile was fixed up manually after renaming
drm_gem_cma_helper.c to drm_gem_dma_helper.c.
This patch is compile-time tested building a x86_64 kernel with
`make allyesconfig && make drivers/gpu/drm`.
drm: mxsfb: Implement LCDIF scanout CRC32 support
The LCDIF controller as present in i.MX28/i.MX6SX/i.MX8M Mini/Nano has
CRC_STAT register, which contains CRC32 of the frame as it was clocked
out of the DPI interface of the LCDIF. This is most likely meant as a
functional safety feature.
Unfortunately, there is zero documentation on how the CRC32 is calculated,
there is no documentation of the polynomial, the init value, nor on which
data is the checksum applied.
By applying brute-force on 8 pixel / 2 line frame, which is the minimum
size LCDIF would work with, it turns out the polynomial is CRC32_POLY_LE
0xedb88320 , init value is 0xffffffff , the input data are bitrev32()
of the entire frame and the resulting CRC has to be also bitrev32()ed.
Doing this calculation in kernel for each frame is unrealistic due to the
CPU demand, so attach the CRC collected from hardware to a frame instead.
The DRM subsystem already has an interface for this purpose and the CRC
can be accessed e.g. via debugfs:
"
$ echo auto > /sys/kernel/debug/dri/1/crtc-0/crc/control
$ cat /sys/kernel/debug/dri/1/crtc-0/crc/data
0x0000408c 0xa4e5cdd8
0x0000408d 0x72f537b4
"
The per-frame CRC can be used by userspace e.g. during automated testing,
to verify that whatever buffer was sent to be scanned out was actually
scanned out of the LCDIF correctly.
drm: mxsfb: Increase number of outstanding requests on V4 and newer HW
In case the DRAM is under high load, the MXSFB FIFO might underflow
and that causes visible artifacts. This could be triggered on i.MX8MM
using e.g. "$ memtester 128M" on a device with 1920x1080 panel. The
first "Stuck Address" test of the memtester will completely corrupt
the image on the panel and leave the MXSFB FIFO in odd state.
To avoid this underflow, increase number of outstanding requests to
DRAM from 2 to 16, which is the maximum. This mitigates the issue
and it can no longer be triggered.
drm: mxsfb: Enable recovery on underflow
There is some sort of corner case behavior of the controller,
which could rarely be triggered at least on i.MX6SX connected
to 800x480 DPI panel and i.MX8MM connected to DPI->DSI->LVDS
bridged 1920x1080 panel (and likely on other setups too), where
the image on the panel shifts to the right and wraps around.
This happens either when the controller is enabled on boot or
even later during run time. The condition does not correct
itself automatically, i.e. the display image remains shifted.
It seems this problem is known and is due to sporadic underflows
of the LCDIF FIFO. While the LCDIF IP does have underflow/overflow
IRQs, neither of the IRQs trigger and neither IRQ status bit is
asserted when this condition occurs.
All known revisions of the LCDIF IP have CTRL1 RECOVER_ON_UNDERFLOW
bit, which is described in the reference manual since i.MX23 as
"
Set this bit to enable the LCDIF block to recover in the next
field/frame if there was an underflow in the current field/frame.
"
Enable this bit to mitigate the sporadic underflows.
drm: Use state helper instead of the plane state pointer
Many drivers reference the plane->state pointer in order to get the
current plane state in their atomic_update or atomic_disable hooks,
which would be the new plane state in the global atomic state since
_swap_state happened when those hooks are run.
Use the drm_atomic_get_new_plane_state helper to get that state to make it
