drm/i915/reset: Fix error_state_read ptr + offset use
Fix our pointer offset usage in error_state_read when there is no i915_gpu_coredump but buf offset is non-zero.
This fixes a kernel page fault can happen when multiple tests are running concurrently in a loop and one is producing engine resets and consuming the i915 error_state dump while the other is forcing full GT resets. (takes a while to trigger).

drm/i915/gt: Create per-tile RPS sysfs interfaces
Now tiles have their own sysfs interfaces under the gt/ directory. Because RPS is a property that can be configured on a tile basis, then each tile should have its own interface
The new sysfs structure will have a similar layout for the 4 tile case:
/sys/.../card0 ├── gt │ ├── gt0 │ │ ├── id │ │ ├── rc6_enable │ │ ├── rc6_residency_ms │ │ ├── rps_act_freq_mhz │ │ ├── rps_boost_freq_mhz │ │ ├── rps_cur_freq_mhz │ │ ├── rps_max_freq_mhz │ │ ├── rps_min_freq_mhz │ │ ├── rps_RP0_freq_mhz │ │ ├── rps_RP1_freq_mhz │ │ └── rps_RPn_freq_mhz . . . . . . │ └── gtN │ ├── id │ ├── rc6_enable │ ├── rc6_residency_ms │ ├── rps_act_freq_mhz │ ├── rps_boost_freq_mhz │ ├── rps_cur_freq_mhz │ ├── rps_max_freq_mhz │ ├── rps_min_freq_mhz │ ├── rps_RP0_freq_mhz │ ├── rps_RP1_freq_mhz │ └── rps_RPn_freq_mhz ├── gt_act_freq_mhz -+ ├── gt_boost_freq_mhz | ├── gt_cur_freq_mhz | Original interface ├── gt_max_freq_mhz +─-> kept as existing ABI; ├── gt_min_freq_mhz | it points to gt0/ ├── gt_RP0_freq_mhz | ├── gt_RP1_freq_mhz | └── gt_RPn_freq_mhz -+
The existing interfaces have been kept in their original location to preserve the existing ABI. They act on all the GTs: when writing they loop through all the GTs and write the information on each interface. When reading they provide the average value from all the GTs.
This patch is not really adding exposing new interfaces (new ABI) other than adapting the existing one to more tiles. In any case this new set of interfaces will be a basic tool for system managers and administrators when using i915.

drm/i915/gt: create per-tile sysfs interface
Now that we have tiles we want each of them to have its own interface. A directory "gt/" is created under "cardN/" that will contain as many diroctories as the tiles.
In the coming patches tile related interfaces will be added. For now the sysfs gt structure simply has an id interface related to the current tile count.
The directory structure will follow this scheme:
/sys/.../card0 └── gt ├── gt0 │ └── id : : └─- gtN └── id
This new set of interfaces will be a basic tool for system managers and administrators when using i915.

drm/i915/reset: Fix error_state_read ptr + offset use
[ Upstream commit c9b576d0c7bf55aeae1a736da7974fa202c4394d ]
Fix our pointer offset usage in error_state_read when there is no i915_gpu_coredump but buf offset is non-zero.
This fixes a kernel page fault can happen when multiple tests are running concurrently in a loop and one is producing engine resets and consuming the i915 error_state dump while the other is forcing full GT resets. (takes a while to trigger).

drm/i915/gt: Expose engine properties via sysfs
Preliminary stub to add engines underneath /sys/class/drm/cardN/, so that we can expose properties on each engine to the sysadmin.
To start with we have basic analogues of the i915_query ioctl so that we can pretty print engine discovery from the shell, and flesh out the directory structure. Later we will add writeable sysadmin properties such as per-engine timeout controls.
An example tree of the engine properties on Braswell: /sys/class/drm/card0 └── engine ├── bcs0 │ ├── capabilities │ ├── class │ ├── instance │ ├── known_capabilities │ └── name ├── rcs0 │ ├── capabilities │ ├── class │ ├── instance │ ├── known_capabilities │ └── name ├── vcs0 │ ├── capabilities │ ├── class │ ├── instance │ ├── known_capabilities │ └── name └── vecs0 ├── capabilities ├── class ├── instance ├── known_capabilities └── name
v2: Include stringified capabilities v3: Include all known capabilities for futureproofing. v4: Combine the two caps loops into one
v5: Hide underneath Kconfig.unstable for wider discussion

drm/i915: conversion to drm_device logging macros when drm_i915_private is present.
Converts various instances of the printk drm logging macros to the struct drm_device based logging macros in the drm/i915 folder using the following coccinelle script that transforms based on the existence of the struct drm_i915_private device pointer: @@ identifier fn, T; @@
fn(...) { ... struct drm_i915_private *T = ...; <+... ( -DRM_INFO( +drm_info(&T->drm, ...) | -DRM_ERROR( +drm_err(&T->drm, ...) | -DRM_WARN( +drm_warn(&T->drm, ...) | -DRM_DEBUG_KMS( +drm_dbg_kms(&T->drm, ...) | -DRM_DEBUG_DRIVER( +drm_dbg(&T->drm, ...) | -DRM_DEBUG_ATOMIC( +drm_dbg_atomic(&T->drm, ...) ) ...+> }

Checkpatch warnings were fixed manually.
Instances of the DRM_DEBUG macro were not converted due to lack of a consensus of an analogous struct drm_device based macro.

drm/i915: Start chopping up the GPU error capture
In the near future, we will want to start a GPU error capture from a new context, from inside the softirq region of a forced preemption. To do so requires us to break up the monolithic error capture to provide new entry points with finer control; in particular focusing on one engine/gt, and being able to compose an error state from little pieces of HW capture.

drm/i915/rps: Add frequency translation helpers
Add two helpers that for reading the actual GT's frequency. The two helpers are:
- intel_rps_read_cagf: reads the frequency and returns it not normalized
- intel_rps_read_actual_frequency: provides the frequency in Hz.
Use the above helpers in sysfs and debugfs.

i915_irq.c is large. One reason for this is that has a large chunk of the GT render power management stashed away in it. Extract that logic out of i915_irq.c and intel_pm.c and put it under one roof.
