Only GPU activity via the GGTT fence is asynchronous, we know that we
control the CPU access directly, so we only need to wait f

Only GPU activity via the GGTT fence is asynchronous, we know that we
control the CPU access directly, so we only need to wait for the GPU to
stop using the fence before we relinquish it.
