drm/exynos: Implement mmap as GEM object function
Moving the driver-specific mmap code into a GEM object function allows for using DRM helpers for various mmap callbacks.

dma-buf: move dma-buf symbols into the DMA_BUF module namespace
In order to better track where in the kernel the dma-buf code is used, put the symbols in the namespace DMA_BUF and modify all users of the symbols to properly import the namespace to not break the build at the same time.
Now the output of modinfo shows the use of these symbols, making it easier to watch for users over time:

drm/exynos: gem: Get rid of the internal 'pages' array
Internal pages array and scatter-list for them is not really needed for anything. FBDev emulation can simply rely on the DMA-mapping framework to create a proper kernel mapping for the buffer, while all other buffer use cases don't really need that array at all.

drm/exynos/iommu: integrate IOMMU/DMA internal API
Exynos DRM drivers should work with and without IOMMU. Providing common API generic to both scenarios should make code cleaner and allow further code improvements. The patch removes including of exynos_drm_iommu.h as the file contains mostly IOMMU specific stuff, instead it exposes exynos_drm_*_dma functions and puts them into exynos_drm_dma.c.

Replace all calls to exynos_drm_gem_get_{dma_addr,size}, by a simpler function exynos_drm_gem_get(). This lets the caller to get access to exynos_drm_gem object and extract any information about GEM object without searching object tree for getting each parameter.

drm/exynos: gem: Drop NONCONTIG flag for buffers allocated without IOMMU
When no IOMMU is available, all GEM buffers allocated by Exynos DRM driver are contiguous, because of the underlying dma_alloc_attrs() function provides only such buffers. In such case it makes no sense to keep BO_NONCONTIG flag for the allocated GEM buffers. This allows to avoid failures for buffer contiguity checks in the subsequent operations on GEM objects.

drm/exynos: Fix dma-buf import
When IOMMU support was enabled, dma-buf import in Exynos DRM was broken since commit f43c35966a5a ("drm/exynos: use real device for DMA-mapping operations") due to using wrong struct device in drm_gem_prime_import() function.
