drm/exynos: fix a possible null-pointer dereference due to data race in exynos_drm_crtc_atomic_disable()
The variable crtc->state->event is often protected by the lock crtc->dev->event_lock when is accessed. However, it is accessed as a condition of an if statement in exynos_drm_crtc_atomic_disable() without holding the lock:
if (crtc->state->event && !crtc->state->active)
However, if crtc->state->event is changed to NULL by another thread right after the conditions of the if statement is checked to be true, a null-pointer dereference can occur in drm_crtc_send_vblank_event():
e->pipe = pipe;
To fix this possible null-pointer dereference caused by data race, the spin lock coverage is extended to protect the if statement as well as the function call to drm_crtc_send_vblank_event().

The current atomic helpers have either their object state being passed as an argument or the full atomic state.
The former is the pattern that was done at first, before switching to the latter for new hooks or when it was needed.
Let's start convert all the remaining helpers to provide a consistent interface, starting with the CRTC's atomic_begin and atomic_flush.
The conversion was done using the coccinelle script below, built tested on all the drivers and actually tested on vc4.

drm/atomic: Pass the full state to CRTC atomic enable/disable
If the CRTC driver ever needs to access the full DRM state, it can't do so at atomic_enable / atomic_disable time since drm_atomic_helper_swap_state will have cleared the pointer from the struct drm_crtc_state to the struct drm_atomic_state before calling those hooks.
In order to allow that, let's pass the full DRM state to atomic_enable and atomic_disable. The conversion was done using the coccinelle script below, built tested on all the drivers and actually tested on vc4.

drm: Split out drm_probe_helper.h
Having the probe helper stuff (which pretty much everyone needs) in the drm_crtc_helper.h file (which atomic drivers should never need) is confusing. Split them out.
To make sure I actually achieved the goal here I went through all drivers. And indeed, all atomic drivers are now free of drm_crtc_helper.h includes.
v2: Make it compile. There was so much compile fail on arm drivers that I figured I'll better not include any of the acks on v1.
v3: Massive rebase because i915 has lost a lot of drmP.h includes, but not all: Through drm_crtc_helper.h > drm_modeset_helper.h -> drmP.h there was still one, which this patch largely removes. Which means rolling out lots more includes all over.
This will also conflict with ongoing drmP.h cleanup by others I expect.
v3: Rebase on top of atomic bochs.
v4: Review from Laurent for bridge/rcar/omap/shmob/core bits: - (re)move some of the added includes, use the better include files in other places (all suggested from Laurent adopted unchanged). - sort alphabetically
v5: Actually try to sort them, and while at it, sort all the ones I touch.
v6: Rebase onto i915 changes.
v7: Rebase once more.

Revert "drm/exynos/decon5433: implement frame counter"
This reverts commit 0586feba322e1de05075700eb4b835c8b683e62b
This patch makes it to need get_vblank_counter callback in crtc to get frame counter from decon driver.
However, drm_dev->max_vblank_count is a member unique to vendor's DRM driver but in case of ARM DRM, some CRTC devices don't provide the frame counter value. As a result, this patch made extension and clone mode not working.
Instead of this patch, we may need separated max_vblank_count which belongs to each CRTC device, or need to implement frame counter emulation for them who don't support HW frame counter.

drm/exynos: move crtc event handling to drivers callbacks
CRTC event is currently send with next vblank, or instantly in case crtc is being disabled. This approach usually works, but in corner cases it can result in premature event generation. Only device driver is able to verify if the event can be sent. This patch is a first step in that direction - it moves event handling to the drivers.

drm: exynos: use vblank hooks in struct drm_crtc_funcs
The vblank hooks in struct drm_driver are deprecated and only meant for legacy drivers. For modern drivers with DRIVER_MODESET flag, the hooks in struct drm_crtc_funcs should be used instead.
As the result, exynos_drm_crtc_enable[disable]_vblank() become static functions. They are moved around a bit to save forward declaration though. Also while at it, we move one step further to kill exynos_drm_crtc_from_pipe() completely by updating hdmi_bind() a bit.

drm/exynos: use atomic helper commit
This patch replaces specific atomic commit function with atomic helper commit one.
For this, it removes existing atomic commit function and relevant code specific to Exynos DRM and makes atomic helper commit to be used instead.
Below are changes for the use of atomic helper commit: - add atomic_commit_tail callback specific to Exynos DRM . default implemention of atomic helper doesn't mesh well with runtime PM so the device driver which supports runtime PM should call drm_atomic_helper_commit_modeset_enables function prior to drm_atomic_helper_commit_planes function call. atomic_commit_tail callback implements this call ordering. - allow plane commit only in case that CRTC device is enabled. . for this, it calls atomic_helper_commit_planes function with DRM_PLANE_COMMIT_ACTIVE_ONLY flag in atomic_commit_tail callback.
