drm: Mark AGP implementation and ioctls as legacy
Only UMs drivers use DRM's core AGP code and ioctls. Mark the icotls as legacy. Add the _legacy_ infix to all AGP functions. Move the declarations to the public and internal legacy header files. The agp field in struct drm_device is now located in the structure's legacy section. Adapt drivers to the changes.
AGP code now depends on CONFIG_DRM_LEGACY.

drm: Upcast struct drm_device.dev to struct pci_device; replace pdev
We have DRM drivers based on USB, SPI and platform devices. All of them are fine with storing their device reference in struct drm_device.dev. PCI devices should be no exception. Therefore struct drm_device.pdev is deprecated.
Instead upcast from struct drm_device.dev with to_pci_dev(). PCI-specific code can use dev_is_pci() to test for a PCI device. This patch changes the DRM core code and documentation accordingly.

drm/i810: drop device_is_agp callback
Use the same trick we used for i915 when we still had ums support: Just initialize the agp support unconditionally in the driver load function.
Unfortunately that means we need to export drm_agp_init again, but I think that's a lesser evil.

drm: Used DRM_LEGACY for all legacy functions
Except for nouveau, only legacy drivers need this really. And nouveau is already marked up with DRIVER_KMS_LEGACY_CONTEXT as the special case.
I've tried to be careful to leave everything related to modeset still using the DRIVER_MODESET flag. Otherwise it's a direct replacement of !DRIVER_MODESET with DRIVER_LEGACY checks. Also helps readability since fewer negative checks overall.

v2: Add a comment to the kerneldoc for drm_agp_init to explain where the kfree happens as requested by David. Note that for modeset drivers agp cleanup is fairly complicated anyway: The drm_agp_clear is a noop and drivers must call drm_agp_release on their own. Which they all seem to do properly.
