drm/amdgpu: don't use ATRM for external devices
commit 432e664e7c98c243fab4c3c95bd463bea3aeed28 upstream.
The ATRM ACPI method is for fetching the dGPU vbios rom image on laptops and all-in-one systems. It should not be used for external add in cards. If the dGPU is thunderbolt connected, don't try ATRM.
v2: pci_is_thunderbolt_attached only works for Intel. Use pdev->external_facing instead. v3: dev_is_removable() seems to be what we want

drm/amdgpu: Fix PCI device refcount leak in amdgpu_atrm_get_bios()
As comment of pci_get_class() says, it returns a pci_device with its refcount increased and decreased the refcount for the input parameter @from if it is not NULL.
If we break the loop in amdgpu_atrm_get_bios() with 'pdev' not NULL, we need to call pci_dev_put() to decrease the refcount. Add the missing pci_dev_put() to avoid refcount leak.

PCI: Use ioremap(), not phys_to_virt() for platform ROM
On some EFI systems, the video BIOS is provided by the EFI firmware. The boot stub code stores the physical address of the ROM image in pdev->rom. Currently we attempt to access this pointer using phys_to_virt(), which doesn't work with CONFIG_HIGHMEM.
On these systems, attempting to load the radeon module on a x86_32 kernel can result in the following:
BUG: unable to handle page fault for address: 3e8ed03c #PF: supervisor read access in kernel mode #PF: error_code(0x0000) - not-present page *pde = 00000000 Oops: 0000 [#1] PREEMPT SMP CPU: 0 PID: 317 Comm: systemd-udevd Not tainted 5.6.0-rc3-next-20200228 #2 Hardware name: Apple Computer, Inc. Fix the issue by updating all drivers which can access a platform provided ROM. Instead of calling the helper function pci_platform_rom() which uses phys_to_virt(), call ioremap() directly on the pdev->rom.
radeon_read_platform_bios() previously directly accessed an __iomem pointer. Avoid this by calling memcpy_fromio() instead of kmemdup().
pci_platform_rom() now has no remaining callers, so remove it.

drm/amdgpu: Refine the way to get atom bios
There are several ways to check out a ATOMBIOS. In previous codes, try a new way to fetch out vbios/rom, until current vbios/rom is started with 0x55aa, then check if this vbios is ATOMBIOS. Now, try a new way to fetch out vbios until all flags of ATOMBIOS are verified.

ACPI / osl: Remove acpi_get_table_with_size()/early_acpi_os_unmap_memory() users
This patch removes the users of the deprectated APIs: acpi_get_table_with_size() early_acpi_os_unmap_memory() The following APIs should be used instead of: acpi_get_table() acpi_put_table()
The deprecated APIs are invented to be a replacement of acpi_get_table() during the early stage so that the early mapped pointer will not be stored in ACPICA core and thus the late stage acpi_get_table() won't return a wrong pointer. The mapping size is returned just because it is required by early_acpi_os_unmap_memory() to unmap the pointer during early stage.
But as the mapping size equals to the acpi_table_header.length (see acpi_tb_init_table_descriptor() and acpi_tb_validate_table()), when such a convenient result is returned, driver code will start to use it instead of accessing acpi_table_header to obtain the length.
Thus this patch cleans up the drivers by replacing returned table size with acpi_table_header.length, and should be a no-op.
