clk: samsung: Convert to platform remove callback returning void
The .remove() callback for a platform driver returns an int which makes many driver authors wrongly assume it's possible to do error handling by returning an error code. However the value returned is (mostly) ignored and this typically results in resource leaks. To improve here there is a quest to make the remove callback return void. In the first step of this quest all drivers are converted to .remove_new() which already returns void.
Trivially convert this driver from always returning zero in the remove callback to the void returning variant.

clk: samsung: Revert "clk: samsung: exynos-clkout: Use of_device_get_match_data()"
of_device_get_match_data() function should not be used on the device other than the one matched to the given driver, because it always returns the match_data of the matched driver. In case of exynos-clkout driver, the code matched the OF IDs on the PARENT device, so replacing it with of_device_get_match_data() broke the driver.

clk: samsung: exynos-clkout: convert to module driver
The Exynos clkout driver depends on board input clock (typically XXTI or XUSBXTI), however on Exynos4 boards these clocks were modeled as part of SoC clocks (Exynos4 clocks driver). Obviously this is not proper, but correcting it would break DT backward compatibility.
Both drivers - clkout and Exynos4 clocks - register the clock providers with CLK_OF_DECLARE/OF_DECLARE_1 so their order is fragile (in the Makefile clkout is behind Exynos4 clock). It will work only if the Exynos4 clock driver comes up before clkout.
A change in DTS adding input clock reference to Exynos4 clocks input PLL, see reverted commit eaf2d2f6895d ("ARM: dts: exynos: add input clock to CMU in Exynos4412 Odroid"), caused probe reorder: the clkout appeared before Exynos4 clock provider. Since clkout depends on Exynos4 clocks and does not support deferred probe, this did not work and caused later failure of usb3503 USB hub probe which needs clkout:
[ 5.007442] usb3503 0-0008: unable to request refclk (-517)
The Exynos clkout driver is not a critical/core clock so there is actually no problem in instantiating it later, as a regular module. This removes specific probe ordering and adds support for probe deferral.

I also reordered a couple includes when they weren't alphabetical and removed clk.h from kona, replacing it with clk-provider.h because that driver doesn't use clk consumer APIs.

treewide: Use struct_size() for kmalloc()-family
One of the more common cases of allocation size calculations is finding the size of a structure that has a zero-sized array at the end, along with memory for some number of elements for that array. For example:
struct foo { int stuff; void *entry[]; };
instance = kmalloc(sizeof(struct foo) + sizeof(void *) * count, GFP_KERNEL);
Instead of leaving these open-coded and prone to type mistakes, we can now use the new struct_size() helper:
instance = kmalloc(struct_size(instance, entry, count), GFP_KERNEL);
This patch makes the changes for kmalloc()-family (and kvmalloc()-family) uses. It was done via automatic conversion with manual review for the "CHECKME" non-standard cases noted below, using the following Coccinelle script:
// pkey_cache = kmalloc(sizeof *pkey_cache + tprops->pkey_tbl_len * // sizeof *pkey_cache->table, GFP_KERNEL); @@ identifier alloc =~ "kmalloc|kzalloc|kvmalloc|kvzalloc"; expression GFP; identifier VAR, ELEMENT; expression COUNT; @@
- alloc(sizeof(*VAR) + COUNT * sizeof(*VAR->ELEMENT), GFP) + alloc(struct_size(VAR, ELEMENT, COUNT), GFP)
// mr = kzalloc(sizeof(*mr) + m * sizeof(mr->map[0]), GFP_KERNEL); @@ identifier alloc =~ "kmalloc|kzalloc|kvmalloc|kvzalloc"; expression GFP; identifier VAR, ELEMENT; expression COUNT; @@
- alloc(sizeof(*VAR) + COUNT * sizeof(VAR->ELEMENT[0]), GFP) + alloc(struct_size(VAR, ELEMENT, COUNT), GFP)
// Same pattern, but can't trivially locate the trailing element name, // or variable name. @@ identifier alloc =~ "kmalloc|kzalloc|kvmalloc|kvzalloc"; expression GFP; expression SOMETHING, COUNT, ELEMENT; @@
- alloc(sizeof(SOMETHING) + COUNT * sizeof(ELEMENT), GFP) + alloc(CHECKME_struct_size(&SOMETHING, ELEMENT, COUNT), GFP)

clk/samsung: Use CLK_OF_DECLARE_DRIVER initialization method for CLKOUT
The Exynos PMU node is an interrupt, clock and PMU (Power Management Unit) controller, and these functionalities are supported by different drivers that matches the same compatible strings.
Since commit 989eafd0b609 ("clk: core: Avoid double initialization of clocks") the OF core flags clock controllers registered with the CLK_OF_DECLARE() macro as OF_POPULATED, so platform devices with the same compatible string will not be registered.
This prevents the PMU platform device to be created, so the Exynos PMU driver is never probed. This breaks (among other things) Suspend-to-RAM.
Fix this by changing CLKOUT driver initialization method to CLK_OF_DECLARE_DRIVER(), which doesn't clear the OF_POPULATED flag, so later a platform device is created and the Exynos PMU platform driver can be be probed properly.

treewide: Use struct_size() for kmalloc()-family One of the more common cases of allocation size calculations is finding the size of a structure that has a zero-sized array at the end, along with memory for some number of elements for that array. For example: struct foo { int stuff; void *entry[]; }; instance = kmalloc(sizeof(struct foo) + sizeof(void *) * count, GFP_KERNEL); Instead of leaving these open-coded and prone to type mistakes, we can now use the new struct_size() helper: instance = kmalloc(struct_size(instance, entry, count), GFP_KERNEL); This patch makes the changes for kmalloc()-family (and kvmalloc()-family) uses. It was done via automatic conversion with manual review for the "CHECKME" non-standard cases noted below, using the following Coccinelle script: // pkey_cache = kmalloc(sizeof *pkey_cache + tprops->pkey_tbl_len * // sizeof *pkey_cache->table, GFP_KERNEL); @@ identifier alloc =~ "kmalloc|kzalloc|kvmalloc|kvzalloc"; expression GFP; identifier VAR, ELEMENT; expression COUNT; @@ - alloc(sizeof(*VAR) + COUNT * sizeof(*VAR->ELEMENT), GFP) + alloc(struct_size(VAR, ELEMENT, COUNT), GFP) // mr = kzalloc(sizeof(*mr) + m * sizeof(mr->map[0]), GFP_KERNEL); @@ identifier alloc =~ "kmalloc|kzalloc|kvmalloc|kvzalloc"; expression GFP; identifier VAR, ELEMENT; expression COUNT; @@ - alloc(sizeof(*VAR) + COUNT * sizeof(VAR->ELEMENT[0]), GFP) + alloc(struct_size(VAR, ELEMENT, COUNT), GFP) // Same pattern, but can't trivially locate the trailing element name, // or variable name. @@ identifier alloc =~ "kmalloc|kzalloc|kvmalloc|kvzalloc"; expression GFP; expression SOMETHING, COUNT, ELEMENT; @@ - alloc(sizeof(SOMETHING) + COUNT * sizeof(ELEMENT), GFP) + alloc(CHECKME_struct_size(&SOMETHING, ELEMENT, COUNT), GFP) Signed-off-by: Kees Cook <keescook@chromium.org>

clk/samsung: Use CLK_OF_DECLARE_DRIVER initialization method for CLKOUT The Exynos PMU node is an interrupt, clock and PMU (Power Management Unit) controller, and these functionalities are supported by different drivers that matches the same compatible strings.
