Bluetooth: hci_h4: Fix padding calculation error within h4_recv_buf()
it is erroneous to calculate padding by subtracting length of type indication from skb->len, it will cause data analysis error for alignment which is greater than 1, so fixed by adding length of type indication with skb->len.

Bluetooth: hci_uart: Check if socket buffer is ERR_PTR in h4_recv_buf()
h4_recv_buf() callers store the return value to socket buffer and recursively pass the buffer to h4_recv_buf() without protection. So, ERR_PTR returned from h4_recv_buf() can be dereferenced, if called again before setting the socket buffer to NULL from previous error. Check if skb is ERR_PTR in h4_recv_buf().

networking: introduce and use skb_put_data()
A common pattern with skb_put() is to just want to memcpy() some data into the new space, introduce skb_put_data() for this.
An spatch similar to the one for skb_put_zero() converts many of the places using it:

@@ expression skb, len, data; @@ -memcpy(skb_put(skb, len), data, len); +skb_put_data(skb, data, len);

Bluetooth: hci_uart: Fix zero len data packet reception issue
Packets with a variable length value equal to zero were not received.
Since no more data expected (and input buffer entirely consumed), we need to complete/forward the packet immediately instead of waiting for more data.

Bluetooth: hci_uart: Provide generic H:4 receive framework
Future H:4 based UART drivers require custom packet types and custom receive functions. To support this, extended the h4_recv_buf function with a packet definition table.
For the default H:4 packets types of ACL data, SCO data and events, provide helpers to reduce the amount of code duplication.

This version number is more cosmetic and for debugging purposes, but since there has been a few changes lately, increase it now.

Bluetooth: hci_uart: Use const data pointer for received data
The TTY layer provides its data pointers as const, but the HCI UART callbacks expect them as general data pointers. This is of course wrong and instead of casting them, just fix the individual drivers to actually take a const data pointer.
