ata: libata: Make ata_platform_remove_one return void
The function returned zero unconditionally, so the function returning an int is something between useless and irritating. With the goal to make platform drivers' remove function return void, it's helpful to convert the function accordingly. This converts several drivers to the new .remove_new callback that was introduced to smoothen the platform driver conversion.

ata: fix read_id() ata port operation interface
Drivers that need to tweak a device IDENTIFY data implement the read_id() port operation. The IDENTIFY data buffer is passed as an argument to the read_id() operation for drivers to use. However, when this operation is called, the IDENTIFY data is not yet converted to CPU endian and contains le16 words.
Change the interface of the read_id operation to pass a __le16 * pointer to the IDENTIFY data buffer to clarify the buffer endianness. Fix the pata_netcell, pata_it821x, ahci_xgene, ahci_ceva and ahci_brcm drivers implementation of this operation and modify the code to corretly deal with identify data words manipulation to avoid sparse warnings such as:

libahci: Allow drivers to override stop_engine
Marvell armada37xx, armada7k and armada8k share the same AHCI sata controller IP, and currently there is an issue (Errata Ref#226)that the SATA can not be detected via SATA Port-MultiPlayer(PMP). After debugging, the reason is found that the value of Port-x FIS-based Switching Control (PxFBS@0x40) became wrong. According to design, the bits[11:8, 0] of register PxFBS are cleared when Port Command and Status (0x18) bit[0] changes its value from 1 to 0, i.e. falling edge of Port Command and Status bit[0] sends PULSE that resets PxFBS bits[11:8; 0]. So it needs save the port PxFBS register before PxCMD ST write and restore the port PxFBS register afterwards in ahci_stop_engine().
This commit allows drivers to override ahci_stop_engine behavior for use by the Marvell AHCI driver(and potentially other drivers in the future).

The flexibility to override the irq handles in the LLD's are already present, so controllers implementing a edge trigger latch can implement their own interrupt handler inside the driver. This patch removes the AHCI_HFLAG_EDGE_IRQ support from libahci and moves edge irq handling to ahci_xgene.

ahci_xgene: Fix the dma state machine lockup for the ATA_CMD_SMART PIO mode command.
This patch addresses the issue with ATA_CMD_SMART pio mode command for enumeration and device detection with ATA devices. The X-Gene AHCI controller has an errata in which it cannot clear the BSY bit after the PIO setup FIS. The dma state machine enters CMFatalErrorUpdate state and locks up. It is the same issue as in the commit 2a0bdff6b958 ("ahci-xgene: fix the dma state machine lockup for the IDENTIFY DEVICE PIO mode command").
For example : without this patch it results in READ DMA command failure as shown below :

ata: ahci_platform: fix owner module reference mismatch for scsi host
The owner module reference of the ahci platform's scsi_host is initialized to libahci_platform's one, because these drivers use a scsi_host_template defined in libahci_platform. So these drivers can be unloaded even if the scsi device is being accessed.
This fixes it by pushing the scsi_host_template from libahci_platform to all leaf drivers. The scsi_host_template is passed through a new argument of ahci_platform_init_host().

ahci_xgene: Implement the workaround to support PMP enumeration and discovery.
Due to H/W errata, the controller is unable to save the PMP field fetched from command header before sending the H2D FIS. When the device returns the PMP port field in the D2H FIS, there is a mismatch and results in command completion failure. The workaround is to write the pmp value to PxFBS.DEV field before issuing any command to PMP.
