s390/hypfs: factor out filesystem code

The s390_hypfs filesystem is deprecated and shouldn't be used due to its
rather odd semantics. It creates a whole directory structure with static
file contents so a user can read a consistent state while within that
directory.
Writing to its update attribute will remove and rebuild nearly the whole
filesystem, so that again a user can read a consistent state, even if
multiple files need to be read.

Given that this wastes a lot of CPU cycles, and involves a lot of code,
binary interfaces have been added quite a couple of years ago, which simply
pass the binary data to user space, and let user space decode the data.
This is the preferred and only way how the data should be retrieved.

The assumption is that there are no users of the s390_hypfs filesystem.
However instead of just removing the code, and having to revert in case
there are actually users, factor the filesystem code out and make it only
available via a new config option.

This config option is supposed to be disabled. If it turns out there are no
complaints the filesystem code can be removed probably in a couple of
years.

vfs: Convert hypfs to use the new mount API

Convert the hypfs filesystem to the new internal mount API as the old
one will be obsoleted and removed. This allows greater flexibility in
communication of mount parameters between userspace, the VFS and the
filesystem.

hypfs: Fix error number left in struct pointer member

In hypfs_fill_super(), if hypfs_create_update_file() fails,
sbi->update_file is left holding an error number. This is passed to
hypfs_kill_super() which doesn't check for this.

Fix this by not setting sbi->update_value until after we've checked for
error.

If that's not the last reference, d_delete() will do d_drop().
If it is, dput() immediately after it will unhash the sucker
anyway, since ->d_delete() the method is always_delete_dentry().

IOW, there's no point trying to turn it into a negative hashed
dentry - it won't stick around anyway. Just d_drop() it and be
done with that.

s390: hypfs: use ktime_get_seconds() instead of get_seconds()

time_t and get_seconds() are deprecated because they will overflow on
32-bit architectures in the future. This is not a problem on 64-bit s390,
but we should use proper interfaces anyway.

Besides moving to the time64_t based interface, the CLOCK_MONOTONIC
based ktime_get_seconds() is preferred for kernel internal timekeeping
because it does not behave in unexpected ways during leap second changes
or settimeofday() calls.

s390: Remove redundant license text

Now that the SPDX tag is in all arch/s390/ files, that identifies the
license in a specific and legally-defined manner. So the extra GPL text
wording in the remaining files can be removed as it is no longer needed
at all.

This is done on a quest to remove the 700+ different ways that files in
the kernel describe the GPL license text. And there's unneeded stuff
like the address (sometimes incorrect) for the FSF which is never
needed.

No copyright headers or other non-license-description text was removed.

s390: add SPDX identifiers to the remaining files

It's good to have SPDX identifiers in all files to make it easier to
audit the kernel tree for correct licenses.

Update the remaining arch/s390/ files with the correct SPDX license
identifier based on the license text in the file itself. The SPDX
identifier is a legally binding shorthand, which can be used instead of
the full boiler plate text.

This work is based on a script and data from Thomas Gleixner, Philippe
Ombredanne, and Kate Stewart.

s390: hypfs: make inode explicitly non-modular

The Kconfig currently controlling compilation of this code is:

arch/s390/Kconfig:config S390_HYPFS_FS
arch/s390/Kconfig: def_bool y

...meaning that it currently is not being built as a module by anyone.

Lets remove the couple traces of modular infrastructure use, so that
when reading the driver there is no doubt it is builtin-only.

Since module_init translates to device_initcall in the non-modular
case, the init ordering remains unchanged with this commit.

Also note that MODULE_ALIAS is a no-op for non-modular code.

We also delete the MODULE_LICENSE tag etc. since all that information
was (or is now) contained at the top of the file in the comments.

Build testing indicated the presence of module.h was masking an
implicit include of kobject.h, hence the addition of that.

fs: Replace CURRENT_TIME with current_time() for inode timestamps

CURRENT_TIME macro is not appropriate for filesystems as it
doesn't use the right granularity for filesystem timestamps.
Use current_time() instead.

CURRENT_TIME is also not y2038 safe.

This is also in preparation for the patch that transitions
vfs timestamps to use 64 bit time and hence make them
y2038 safe. As part of the effort current_time() will be
extended to do range checks. Hence, it is necessary for all
file system timestamps to use current_time(). Also,
current_time() will be transitioned along with vfs to be
y2038 safe.

Note that whenever a single call to current_time() is used
to change timestamps in different inodes, it is because they
share the same time granularity.

mm, fs: get rid of PAGE_CACHE_* and page_cache_{get,release} macros

PAGE_CACHE_{SIZE,SHIFT,MASK,ALIGN} macros were introduced *long* time
ago with promise that one day it will be possible to implement page
cache with bigger chunks than PAGE_SIZE.

This promise never materialized. And unlikely will.

We have many places where PAGE_CACHE_SIZE assumed to be equal to
PAGE_SIZE. And it's constant source of confusion on whether
PAGE_CACHE_* or PAGE_* constant should be used in a particular case,
especially on the border between fs and mm.

Global switching to PAGE_CACHE_SIZE != PAGE_SIZE would cause to much
breakage to be doable.

Let's stop pretending that pages in page cache are special. They are
not.

The changes are pretty straight-forward:

- <foo> << (PAGE_CACHE_SHIFT - PAGE_SHIFT) -> <foo>;

- <foo> >> (PAGE_CACHE_SHIFT - PAGE_SHIFT) -> <foo>;

- PAGE_CACHE_{SIZE,SHIFT,MASK,ALIGN} -> PAGE_{SIZE,SHIFT,MASK,ALIGN};

- page_cache_get() -> get_page();

- page_cache_release() -> put_page();

This patch contains automated changes generated with coccinelle using
script below. For some reason, coccinelle doesn't patch header files.
I've called spatch for them manually.

The only adjustment after coccinelle is revert of changes to
PAGE_CAHCE_ALIGN definition: we are going to drop it later.

There are few places in the code where coccinelle didn't reach. I'll
fix them manually in a separate patch. Comments and documentation also
will be addressed with the separate patch.
