arm64: mm: Add additional parameter to uaccess_ttbr0_disable
Add an extra temporary register parameter to uaccess_ttbr0_disable which is about to be required for arm64 PAN support.
This patch doesn't introduce any functional change but ensures that the kernel compiles once the KVM/ARM tree is merged with the arm64 tree by ensuring a trivially mergable conflict with commit 6b88a32c7af68895134872cdec3b6bfdb532d94e ("arm64: kpti: Fix the interaction between ASID switching and software PAN").

arm64: kpti: Fix the interaction between ASID switching and software PAN
With ARM64_SW_TTBR0_PAN enabled, the exception entry code checks the active ASID to decide whether user access was enabled (non-zero ASID) when the exception was taken. On return from exception, if user access was previously disabled, it re-instates TTBR0_EL1 from the per-thread saved value (updated in switch_mm() or efi_set_pgd()).
Commit 7655abb95386 ("arm64: mm: Move ASID from TTBR0 to TTBR1") makes a TTBR0_EL1 + ASID switching non-atomic. Subsequently, commit 27a921e75711 ("arm64: mm: Fix and re-enable ARM64_SW_TTBR0_PAN") changes the __uaccess_ttbr0_disable() function and asm macro to first write the reserved TTBR0_EL1 followed by the ASID=0 update in TTBR1_EL1. If an exception occurs between these two, the exception return code will re-instate a valid TTBR0_EL1. Similar scenario can happen in cpu_switch_mm() between setting the reserved TTBR0_EL1 and the ASID update in cpu_do_switch_mm().
This patch reverts the entry.S check for ASID == 0 to TTBR0_EL1 and disables the interrupts around the TTBR0_EL1 and ASID switching code in __uaccess_ttbr0_disable(). It also ensures that, when returning from the EFI runtime services, efi_set_pgd() doesn't leave a non-zero ASID in TTBR1_EL1 by using uaccess_ttbr0_{enable,disable}.
The accesses to current_thread_info()->ttbr0 are updated to use READ_ONCE/WRITE_ONCE.
As a safety measure, __uaccess_ttbr0_enable() always masks out any existing non-zero ASID TTBR1_EL1 before writing in the new ASID.

xen/privcmd: Add IOCTL_PRIVCMD_DM_OP
Recently a new dm_op[1] hypercall was added to Xen to provide a mechanism for restricting device emulators (such as QEMU) to a limited set of hypervisor operations, and being able to audit those operations in the kernel of the domain in which they run.
This patch adds IOCTL_PRIVCMD_DM_OP as gateway for __HYPERVISOR_dm_op.
NOTE: There is no requirement for user-space code to bounce data through locked memory buffers (as with IOCTL_PRIVCMD_HYPERCALL) since privcmd has enough information to lock the original buffers directly.

arm64: xen: Enable user access before a privcmd hvc call
Privcmd calls are issued by the userspace. The kernel needs to enable access to TTBR0_EL1 as the hypervisor would issue stage 1 translations to user memory via AT instructions. Since AT instructions are not affected by the PAN bit (ARMv8.1), we only need the explicit uaccess_enable/disable if the TTBR0 PAN option is enabled.

arm: xen: implement multicall hypercall support.
As part of this make the usual change to xen_ulong_t in place of unsigned long. This change has no impact on x86.
The Linux definition of struct multicall_entry.result differs from the Xen definition, I think for good reasons, and used a long rather than an unsigned long. Therefore introduce a xen_long_t, which is a long on x86 architectures and a signed 64-bit integer on ARM.
Use uint32_t nr_calls on x86 for consistency with the ARM definition.
Build tested on amd64 and i386 builds. Runtime tested on ARM.

arm64: kpti: Fix the interaction between ASID switching and software PAN With ARM64_SW_TTBR0_PAN enabled, the exception entry code checks the active ASID to decide whether user access was enabled (non-zero ASID) when the exception was taken. As a safety measure, __uaccess_ttbr0_enable() always masks out any existing non-zero ASID TTBR1_EL1 before writing in the new ASID. xen/privcmd: Add IOCTL_PRIVCMD_DM_OP Recently a new dm_op[1] hypercall was added to Xen to provide a mechanism for restricting device emulators (such as QEMU) to a limited set of hypervisor operations, and being able to audit those operations in the kernel of the domain in which they run.
