arm64: boot: dts: r8a774[a/b/e]1-beacon: Consolidate sound clocks
Each kit-level file represents a SOM + baseboard for a specific SoC type and uses specific clocks unique to each SoC. With the exception of one clock, the rest of the clock info was duplicated.
There is a generic clock called CPG_AUDIO_CLK_I defined in each of the SoC DTSI files which points to this unique clock. By using that, the clock information for the rcar_sound can be consolidated into the baseboard file and have it reference this generic clock thus removing the duplication from the three variants.

arm64: dts: renesas: Add mmc aliases into board dts files
After the commit 7320915c8861 ("mmc: Set PROBE_PREFER_ASYNCHRONOUS for drivers that existed in v4.14"), the order of /dev/mmcblkN was not fixed in some SoCs which have multiple sdhi controllers. So, we were hard to use an sdhi device as rootfs by using the kernel parameter like "root=/dev/mmcblkNpM".
According to the discussion on a mainling list [1], we can add mmc aliases to fix the issue. So, add such aliases into Renesas arm64 board dts files. Notes that mmc0 is an eMMC channel if available.

In preparation for adding new dev kits, move anything specific to the RZ/G2M from the SOM-level and baseboard-levels and move them to the kit-level. This allows the SOM and baseboard to be reused with other SoC's.

arm64: dts: renesas: beacon kit: Fix Audio Clock sources
The SoC was expecting two clock sources with different frequencies. One to support 44.1KHz and one to support 48KHz. With the newly added ability to configure the programmable clock, configure both clocks.
Assign the rcar-sound clocks to reference the versaclock instead of the fixed clock.
