arm64: dts: exynos: drop mshc aliases
Previously, the mshc0 alias has been necessary so that MMC_CAP_1_8V_DDR | MMC_CAP_8_BIT_DATA are set for mshc_0/mmc_0. However, these capabilities should be described in the device tree so that we do not have to rely on the alias.
The property mmc-ddr-1_8v replaces MMC_CAP_1_8V_DDR, while bus_width = <8>, which is already set for all the mshc0/mmc0 nodes, replaces MMC_CAP_8_BIT_DATA.
Also drop other mshc aliases as they are not needed.

arm64: dts: exynos: use local header for pinctrl register values
The DTS uses hardware register values directly in pin controller pin configuration. These are not some IDs or other abstraction layer but raw numbers used in the registers.
These numbers were previously put in the bindings header to avoid code duplication and to provide some context meaning (name), but they do not fit the purpose of bindings.
Store the constants in a header next to DTS and use them instead of bindings.

Add required voltage regulators for USB DWC3 block on Exynos7 Espresso board. Due to lack of schematics of Espresso board, the choice of regulators is approximate. What bindings call VDD10, for Exynos7 should be actually called VDD09 (0.9 V). arm64: dts: exynos: Rename Samsung and Exynos to lowercase
Fix up inconsistent usage of upper and lowercase letters in "Samsung" and "Exynos" names.
"SAMSUNG" and "EXYNOS" are not abbreviations but regular trademarked names. Therefore they should be written with lowercase letters starting with capital letter.
The lowercase "Exynos" name is promoted by its manufacturer Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., in advertisement materials and on website.
Although advertisement materials usually use uppercase "SAMSUNG", the lowercase version is used in all legal aspects (e.g. on Wikipedia and in privacy/legal statements on https://www.samsung.com/semiconductor/privacy-global/).

arm64: dts: Enable HS200 mode operation on exynos7-espresso
This patch enables HS200 mode operation on Exynos7 based Espresso board. This also removes _broken-cd_ property as per mmc binding documentation which says one of the properties between broken-cd and non-removable should be used. And we already use _non-removable_ as emmc is mounted on the board which is a non-removable device.
