ARM: OMAP2+: Configure voltage controller for cpcap
We can configure voltage controller for cpcap with the data available in Motorola Mapphone Android Linux kernel. Let's add it so we can have droid4 behave the same way for voltage controller as other omap4 devices and save some power when idle.
Note that we're now using high-speed i2c mode, looks like the Motorola kernel had a typo using 0x200 instead of 200 for the timings which may caused it to not work properly.
Also note that in the long run, this should just become dts data for a voltage controller device driver. But let's get things working first to make it possible to test further changes easily.

ARM: OMAP2+: Fix warnings with broken omap2_set_init_voltage()
This code is currently unable to find the dts opp tables as ti-cpufreq needs to set them up first based on speed binning.
We stopped initializing the opp tables with platform code years ago for device tree based booting with commit 92d51856d740 ("ARM: OMAP3+: do not register non-dt OPP tables for device tree boot"), and all of mach-omap2 is now booting using device tree.
We currently get the following errors on init:
omap2_set_init_voltage: unable to find boot up OPP for vdd_mpu omap2_set_init_voltage: unable to set vdd_mpu omap2_set_init_voltage: unable to find boot up OPP for vdd_core omap2_set_init_voltage: unable to set vdd_core omap2_set_init_voltage: unable to find boot up OPP for vdd_iva omap2_set_init_voltage: unable to set vdd_iva
Let's just drop the unused code. Nowadays ti-cpufreq should be used to to initialize things properly.

ARM: OMAP2+: Initialize SoC PM later
There's no need to probe devices until at module_init time and we currently have at least PM trying to use I2C for PMICs early on.
As only a part of the SoC init_early is SoC specific, we only need to call the SoC specific PM init function. And we can modify omap2_common_pm_late_init() so it becomes a late_initcall().
Note that this changes am335x to call omap2_clk_enable_autoidle_all() that seems to be missing currently.

ARM: OMAP2+: Drop unused pm-noop
Looks like these functions don't do anything in the mainline kernel so we can just drop it.
Note that we must now also remove ir-rx51 pdata as it relies on the dummy platform data that does not do anything. And ir-rx51 is calling a pdata callback that doesn't do anything without checking if it exists first.
For configuring device specific minimal latencies, the interface to use is pm_qos_add_request(). For an example, see what was done in commit 9834ffd1ecc3 ("ASoC: omap-mcbsp: Add PM QoS support for McBSP to prevent glitches"). I've added some comments to ir-rx51 so people using it can add pm_qos support and test it.

ARM: OMAP3: Fix prm wake interrupt for resume
For platform_suspend_ops, the finish call is too late to re-enable wake irqs and we need re-enable wake irqs on wake call instead.
Otherwise noirq resume for devices has already happened. And then dev_pm_disarm_wake_irq() has already disabled the dedicated wake irqs when the interrupt triggers and the wake irq is never handled.
For devices that are already in PM runtime suspended state when we enter suspend this means that a possible wake irq will never trigger.
And this can lead into a situation where a device has a pending padconf wake irq, and the device will stay unresponsive to any further wake irqs.
This issue can be easily reproduced by setting serial console log level to zero, letting the serial console idle, and suspend the system from an ssh terminal. Then try to wake up the system by typing to the serial console.
Note that this affects only omap3 PRM interrupt as that's currently the only omap variant that does anything in omap_pm_wake().
In general, for the wake irqs to work, the interrupt must have either IRQF_NO_SUSPEND or IRQF_EARLY_RESUME set for it to trigger before dev_pm_disarm_wake_irq() disables the wake irqs.

PM / OPP: Update OPP users to put reference
This patch updates dev_pm_opp_find_freq_*() routines to get a reference to the OPPs returned by them.
Also updates the users of dev_pm_opp_find_freq_*() routines to call dev_pm_opp_put() after they are done using the OPPs.
As it is guaranteed the that OPPs wouldn't get freed while being used, the RCU read side locking present with the users isn't required anymore. Drop it as well.
This patch also updates all users of devfreq_recommended_opp() which was returning an OPP received from the OPP core.
Note that some of the OPP core routines have gained rcu_read_{lock|unlock}() calls, as those still use RCU specific APIs within them.

Note that omap_pmic_late_init() now just calls omap3_twl_init() and omap4_twl_init() to initialize the voltage layer so we can remove the remaining references to twl-common code and remove it in the following patch.

ARM: OMAP2+: clockdomain: add usecounting support to autoidle APIs
The previous implementation was racy in many locations, where the current status of the clockdomain was read out, some operations were executed, and the previous status info was used afterwards to decide next state for the clockdomain. Instead, fix the implementation of the allow_idle / deny_idle APIs to properly have usecounting support. This allows clean handling internally within the clockdomain core, and simplifies the usage also within hwmod.

cpufreq: cpu0: rename driver and internals to 'cpufreq_dt'
The naming convention of this driver was always under the scanner, people complained that it should have a more generic name than cpu0, as it manages all CPUs that are sharing clock lines.
Also, in future it will be modified to support any number of clusters with separate clock/voltage lines.
Lets rename it to 'cpufreq_dt' from 'cpufreq_cpu0'.

ARM: OMAP2+: Remove suspend_set_ops from common pm late init
In omap2_common_pm_late_init suspend_set_ops was called to set common suspend handling functions for all omap platforms. This created two problems. First, these suspend ops were being set for all platforms, regardless of whether or not suspend support has been integrated so in the case of AM33XX, suspend to mem was presented as available but failed every time. Second, some platforms will need to define a completely separate set of suspend ops, such as AM33XX, due to differences from previous omap platforms so there is no need to always set the common omap ops.
This patch moves the suspend_set_ops call from omap2_common_pm_late_init into a separate function that then gets called in the omap*_pm_init functions for each platform.

cpufreq: OMAP: instantiate omap-cpufreq as a platform_driver
As multi-platform build is being adopted by more and more ARM platforms, initcall function should be used very carefully. For example, when CONFIG_ARM_OMAP2PLUS_CPUFREQ is built in the kernel, omap_cpufreq_init() will be called on all the platforms to initialize omap-cpufreq driver.
Further, on OMAP, we now use Soc generic cpufreq-cpu0 driver using device tree entries. To allow cpufreq-cpu0 and omap-cpufreq drivers to co-exist for OMAP in a single image, we need to ensure the following: 1. With device tree boot, we use cpufreq-cpu0 2. With non device tree boot, we use omap-cpufreq
In the case of (1), we will have cpu OPPs and regulator registered as part of the device tree nodes, to ensure that omap-cpufreq and cpufreq-cpu0 don't conflict in managing the frequency of the same CPU, we should not permit omap-cpufreq to be probed.
In the case of (2), we will not have the cpufreq-cpu0 device, hence only omap-cpufreq will be active.
To eliminate this undesired these effects, we change omap-cpufreq driver to have it instantiated as a platform_driver and register "omap-cpufreq" device only when booted without device tree nodes on OMAP platforms.
This allows the following: a) Will only run on platforms that create the platform_device "omap-cpufreq". b) Since the platform_device is registered only when device tree nodes are *not* populated, omap-cpufreq driver does not conflict with the usage of cpufreq-cpu0 driver which is used on OMAP platforms when device tree nodes are present.

ARM: OMAP2+: PM: Fix the dt return condition in pm_late_init()
Commit 1416408d {ARM: OMAP2+: PM: share some suspend-related functions across OMAP2, 3, 4} moved suspend code to common place but now with that change, for DT build on OMAP4, suspend hooks are not getting registered which results in no suspend support.
The DT return condition is limited to PMIC and smartreflex initialization and hence restrict it so that suspend ops gets registered.
