alpha: Fix bootpfile and bootpzfile make targets
Fix the bootpfile and bootpzfile make targets to creat BOOTP images. Both targets were broken due to some missing defines to re-map ELF constants. alpha: Fix bootpfile and bootpzfile make targets Fix the bootpfile and bootpzfile make targets to creat BOOTP images. Both targets were broken due to some missing defines to re-map ELF constants.
