dt-bindings: remove 'interrupt-parent' from bindings
'interrupt-parent' is often documented as part of define bindings, but it is really outside the scope of a device binding. It's never required in a given node as it is often inherited from a parent node. Or it can be implicit if a parent node is an 'interrupt-controller' node. So remove it from all the binding files.

Pretty much any node can have a status property, so it doesn't need to be in examples.
Converted with the following command and removed examples with SoC and board specific splits:

Bluetooth: btusb: Configure Marvell to use one of the pins for oob wakeup
The Marvell devices may have many gpio pins, and hence for wakeup on these out-of-band pins, the chip needs to be told which pin is to be used for wakeup, using an hci command.
Thus, we read the pin number etc from the device tree node and send a command to the chip.
