dt-bindings: mtd: sunxi: Prevent NAND chip unevaluated properties
nand-ecc-mode is a generic property which may apply to any raw NAND chip, it does not need to be listed in each controller description. Instead, let's reference the raw NAND chip description file which contains the property. The description contained "additionalProperties: false" which is wrong as other properties such as partitions might very well be added in the final .dts, and anyway needs to be converted into "unexpectedProperties: false" to fit the property change new requirements.

dt-bindings: mtd: nand: Standardize the child node name
In almost all the schema mentioning a NAND chip child node, the name of the subnode contains a single index number.
In practice there are currently no controller supporting more than 8 cs so even the [a-f] numbers are not needed. But let's be safe and limit the number of touched files by just allow a single number everywhere, so in practice up to 16 CS at most. This value can anyway be limited in each schema.

dt-bindings: Remove cases of 'allOf' containing a '$ref'
json-schema versions draft7 and earlier have a weird behavior in that any keywords combined with a '$ref' are ignored (silently). The correct form was to put a '$ref' under an 'allOf'. This behavior is now changed in the 2019-09 json-schema spec and '$ref' can be mixed with other keywords. The json-schema library doesn't yet support this, but the tooling now does a fixup for this and either way works.
This has been a constant source of review comments, so let's change this treewide so everyone copies the simpler syntax.
Scripted with ruamel.yaml with some manual fixups. Some minor whitespace changes from the script.

Properties which are child node definitions need to have an explict type. Otherwise, a matching (DT) property can silently match when an error is desired. Fix this up tree-wide. Once this is fixed, the meta-schema will enforce this on any child node definitions.

The A23/A33 NAND controller is slightly different than the A10+ ones, eg. DMA handling is a bit different and a few register offsets changed.
Introduce a new compatible to represent this version of the IP.
Also append '-controller' to the new compatible (which is required for new compatibles) as this is describing a NAND controller and not a NAND chip.

dt-bindings: Remove cases of 'allOf' containing a '$ref' json-schema versions draft7 and earlier have a weird behavior in that any keywords combined with a '$ref' are ignored (silently). Some minor whitespace changes from the script. dt-bindings: Ensure child nodes are of type 'object' Properties which are child node definitions need to have an explict type. Otherwise, a matching (DT) property can silently match when an error is desired. Fix this up tree-wide. Once this is fixed, the meta-schema will enforce this on any child node definitions. dt-bindings: mtd: sunxi: Add new compatible The A23/A33 NAND controller is slightly different than the A10+ ones, eg. DMA handling is a bit different and a few register offsets changed. Introduce a new compatible to represent this version of the IP. Also append '-controller' to the new compatible (which is required for new compatibles) as this is describing a NAND controller and not a NAND chip.
