dt-bindings: firmware: arm, scmi: support for parameter in smc/hvc call
Currently, smc/hvc calls are made with smc-id only. The parameters are all set to zeros. This change defines a new compatible string that can be used to pass shmem address(4KB-page, offset) as two parameters in SMC/HVC doorbell.
This is useful when multiple scmi instances are used with common smc-id.

dt-bindings: firmware: arm, scmi: Support mailboxes unidirectional channels
SCMI defines two kinds of communication channels between the agent and the platform: one bidirectional 'a2p' channel used by the agent to send SCMI commands and synchronously receive the related replies, and an optional 'p2a' unidirectional channel used to asynchronously receive delayed responses and notifications emitted from the platform.
When configuring an SCMI transport based on mailboxes, the current binding supports only mailboxes providing bidirectional channels: in such a case one mailbox channel can be easily assigned to each SCMI channel as above described.
In case, instead, to have to deal with mailboxes providing only distinct unidirectional channels, it becomes necessary to extend the binding in order to be able to bind 2 distinct unidirectional mailbox channels to the same SCMI 'a2p' channel.
Bidirectional and unidirectional channels support for the SCMI mailbox transport can coexist by carefully considering the effective combination of defined 'mboxes' and 'shmem' descriptors.

dt-bindings: firmware: arm, scmi: Restrict protocol child node properties
The SCMI protocol child nodes are missing any constraints on unknown properties. Specifically, either 'unevaluatedProperties' or 'additionalProperties' is needed. The current structure with a regex match for all child nodes doesn't work for this purpose, so let's move the common properties '$defs' entry which each specific protocol node can reference and set 'unevaluatedProperties: false'.

dt-bindings: firmware: arm,scmi: Add atomic-threshold-us optional property
SCMI protocols in the platform can optionally signal to the OSPM agent the expected execution latency for a specific resource/operation pair.
Introduce an SCMI system wide optional property to describe a global time threshold which can be configured on a per-platform base to determine the opportunity, or not, for an SCMI command advertised to have a higher latency than the threshold, to be considered for atomic operations: high-latency SCMI synchronous commands should be preferably issued in the usual non-atomic mode.

dt-bindings: Improve phandle-array schemas
The 'phandle-array' type is a bit ambiguous. It can be either just an array of phandles or an array of phandles plus args. Many schemas for phandle-array properties aren't clear in the schema which case applies though the description usually describes it.
The array of phandles case boils down to needing:
items: maxItems: 1
The phandle plus args cases should typically take this form:
items: - items: - description: A phandle - description: 1st arg cell - description: 2nd arg cell
With this change, some examples need updating so that the bracketing of property values matches the schema.
