Add erase sanitize

Sanitize uses the eMMC firmware to erase all blocks.

Tested:
$ cat /dev/urandom > /dev/mmcblk0

$ time busctl call xyz.openbmc_project.eStoraged.mmcblk0 \
/xyz/openbmc_project/in
