mori_bmc: Move EID and EInstance spec to DCSCM_INLET
The EntityId of 17 and EntityInstance of 0 were incorrectly added to
BMC FRU EEPROM. The EntityId and Instance have moved to the
DCSCM_INLET_T bl

The EntityId of 17 and EntityInstance of 0 were incorrectly added to
BMC FRU EEPROM. The EntityId and Instance have moved to the
DCSCM_INLET_T block where it is intended.
