configuration: yosemite4: Item.System interface
This change is based on a gerrit discussion [1] we had in PDI regarding assoctiations, in hopes of resolving remaining issues. Currently we map inventory items like chassis, cpu, dimms, etc via xyz.openbmc_project.Inventory.Decorator.ManagedHost interface.
Although this works, this has two disadvantages:
a) The ManagedHost interface is not defined as an Inventory.Item, it is defined as an Inventory.Decorator (which it should be). But associations the way we currently use them (on physical entities), should ideally be defined only on Inventory.Item(s).
b) No single-host configuration is utilizing the ManagedHost interface
The above is solved using xyz.openbmc_project.Inventory.Item.System.
a) It is a Inventory.Item.
b) Most single-host configurations upstream implement it.
With this change we can continue defining the associations in PDI and push changes regarding Redfish into the right direction.

configuration: yosemite4: physical topology ports
The following configuration updates add the physical topology entries for the yosemite4 platform. The configured ports create containing associations between a) the enclosure chassis and the blade chassis and b) the blade chassis to the sentinel dome baseboards.
The resulting association endpoints will help to form correct responses in bmcweb.

configurations: santabarbara: update MB VR sensor thresholds
Due to the MPS solution MP9945 VR FW setting limitation, there is a 200 µs delay in filtering voltage peaks.
For this rail, the CPU maximum allowable voltage is 1.88 V, and only 2–3 systems are observed reaching 1.854–1.855 V (with the UCR set to 1.85 V following the controller OVP setting, without triggering OVP protection).
Therefore, it is suggested to adjust the UCR value up to 1.865 V.
