prettier: re-format
Prettier is enabled in openbmc-build-scripts on Markdown, JSON, and YAML
files to have consistent formatting for these file types. Re-run the
formatter on the whole repository.

local-ci-build: update interactive instructions
The new flag runs bash with a D-Bus session bus as the default, which
allows running daemons like entity-manager within the Docker image.
