prettier: re-format

Prettier is enabled in openbmc-build-scripts on Markdown, JSON, and YAML
files to have consistent formatting for these file types. Re-run the
formatter on the whole repository.

The new flag runs bash with a D-Bus session bus as the default, which

local-ci-build: Add usage of NO_FORMAT_CODE

To test a local repo with changes not committed, set "NO_FORMAT_CODE=1"
before running `run-unit-test-docker.sh`, which is convenient for local
testing.
