- The first round of changes to allow CPUs to be runtime switched

- RCU CPU stall warning updates.

- Addition of polling grace-period APIs for SRCU.

- Torture-test and torture-test scripting updates, including a
"torture everything" script that runs rcutorture, locktorture,
