jfs: fix GPF in diFree

Avoid passing inode with
JFS_SBI(inode->i_sb)->ipimap == NULL to
diFree()[1]. GFP will appear:

diFree()[1]. GFP will appear:

JFS_IP() will return invalid pointer when ipimap == NULL
