- NFSv4.1 progress: implementation of basic backchannel security

for remaining TODO's

- Fixes for some bugs that could be triggered by unusual compounds.
Our xdr code wasn't designed with v4 compounds in mind, and it
shows. A more thorough rewrite is still a todo.

- If you've ever seen "RPC: multiple fragments per record not
supported" logged while using some sort of odd userland NFS client,
that should now be fixed.

- Further work from Jeff Layton on our mechanism for storing
information about NFSv4 clients across reboots.

- Further work from Bryan Schumaker on his fault-injection mechanism
(which allows us to discard selective NFSv4 state, to excercise
rarely-taken recovery code paths in the client.)

- The usual mix of miscellaneous bugs and cleanup.

- uapi. We've already added new ioctl definitions for -next. Do I need to say more?
- wc support gtt ptes. We've had to revert this for snb+ for 3.7 and
also fix a few other things in the code. Now we know how to make it
work on snb+, but to avoid losing the other fixes do the backmerge
first before re-enabling wc gtt ptes on snb+.

And a few other minor things, among them git getting confused in
intel_dp.c and seemingly causing a conflict out of nothing ...

which we agreed is not needed, post-factum. And this should go in now
because that sysfs attribute is going to end up in 3.7 otherwise and
thus exposed to userspace; removing it then would be a lot harder.

This is done as a merge rather than a simple patch/cherry-pick since
the baseline for this patch was not in the previous x86/urgent.

(BTW, I'm seriously tempted to rename the result to fd.c. As it is,
we have a situation when file_table.c is about handling of struct
file and file.c is about handling of descriptor tables; the reasons
are historical - file_table.c used to be about a static array of
struct file we used to have way back).

A lot of stray ends got cleaned up and converted to saner primitives,
disgusting mess in android/binder.c is still disgusting, but at least
doesn't poke so much in descriptor table guts anymore. A bunch of
relatively minor races got fixed in process, plus an ext4 struct file
leak.

- related thing - fget_light() partially unuglified; see fdget() in
there (and yes, it generates the code as good as we used to have).

- also related - bits of Cyrill's procfs stuff that got entangled into
that work; _not_ all of it, just the initial move to fs/proc/fd.c and
switch of fdinfo to seq_file.

- Alex's fs/coredump.c spiltoff - the same story, had been easier to
take that commit than mess with conflicts. The rest is a separate
pile, this was just a mechanical code movement.

- a few misc patches all over the place. Not all for this cycle,
there'll be more (and quite a few currently sit in akpm's tree)."
