Merge branch 'iomap-write' into linux-gfs2/for-next
Pull in the gfs2 iomap-write changes: Tweak the existing code to properly support iomap write and eliminate an unnecessary special case in gfs2_block_map. Implement iomap write support for buffered and direct I/O. Simplify some of the existing code and eliminate code that is no longer used:
gfs2: Remove gfs2_write_{begin,end} gfs2: iomap direct I/O support gfs2: gfs2_extent_length cleanup gfs2: iomap buffered write support gfs2: Further iomap cleanups
This is based on the following changes on the xfs 'iomap-4.19-merge' branch:
iomap: add private pointer to struct iomap iomap: add a page_done callback iomap: generic inline data handling iomap: complete partial direct I/O writes synchronously iomap: mark newly allocated buffer heads as new fs: factor out a __generic_write_end helper

afs: Display manually added cells in dynamic root mount
Alter the dynroot mount so that cells created by manipulation of /proc/fs/afs/cells and /proc/fs/afs/rootcell and by specification of a root cell as a module parameter will cause directories for those cells to be created in the dynamic root superblock for the network namespace[*].
To this end:
(1) Only one dynamic root superblock is now created per network namespace and this is shared between all attempts to mount it. This makes it easier to find the superblock to modify.
(2) When a dynamic root superblock is created, the list of cells is walked and directories created for each cell already defined.
(3) When a new cell is added, if a dynamic root superblock exists, a directory is created for it.
(4) When a cell is destroyed, the directory is removed.
(5) These directories are created by calling lookup_one_len() on the root dir which automatically creates them if they don't exist.
[*] Inasmuch as network namespaces are currently supported here.

S390 bpf_jit.S is removed in net-next and had changes in 'net', since that code isn't used any more take the removal.
TLS data structures split the TX and RX components in 'net-next', put the new struct members from the bug fix in 'net' into the RX part.
The 'net-next' tree had some reworking of how the ERSPAN code works in the GRE tunneling code, overlapping with a one-line headroom calculation fix in 'net'.
Overlapping changes in __sock_map_ctx_update_elem(), keep the bits that read the prog members via READ_ONCE() into local variables before using them.

Merge tag 'afs-fixes-20180514' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/dhowells/linux-fs
Pull AFS fixes from David Howells: "Here's a set of patches that fix a number of bugs in the in-kernel AFS client, including:
- Fix directory locking to not use individual page locks for directory reading/scanning but rather to use a semaphore on the afs_vnode struct as the directory contents must be read in a single blob and data from different reads must not be mixed as the entire contents may be shuffled about between reads.
- Fix address list parsing to handle port specifiers correctly.
- Only give up callback records on a server if we actually talked to that server (we might not be able to access a server).
- Fix some callback handling bugs, including refcounting, whole-volume callbacks and when callbacks actually get broken in response to a CB.CallBack op.
- Fix some server/address rotation bugs, including giving up if we can't probe a server; giving up if a server says it doesn't have a volume, but there are more servers to try.
- Fix the decoding of fetched statuses to be OpenAFS compatible.
- Fix the handling of server lookups in Cache Manager ops (such as CB.InitCallBackState3) to use a UUID if possible and to handle no server being found.
- Fix a bug in server lookup where not all addresses are compared.
- Fix the non-encryption of calls that prevents some servers from being accessed (this also requires an AF_RXRPC patch that has already gone in through the net tree).
There's also a patch that adds tracepoints to log Cache Manager ops that don't find a matching server, either by UUID or by address"
