ASoC: Updates for v4.3
Not many updates to the core here, but an awful lot of driver updates this time round:
- Factoring out of AC'97 reset code into the core - New drivers for Cirrus CS4349, GTM601, InvenSense ICS43432, Realtek RT298 and ST STI controllers. - Machine drivers for Rockchip systems with MAX98090 and RT5645 and RT5650. - Initial driver support for Intel Skylake devices. - A large number of cleanups for Lars-Peter Clausen and Axel Lin.

fnic: Use the local variable instead of I/O flag to acquire io_req_lock in fnic_queuecommand() to avoid deadloack
We added changes in fnic driver patch 1.6.0.16 to acquire io_req_lock in fnic_queuecommand() before issuing I/O so that io completion is serialized. But when releasing the lock we check for the I/O flag and this could be modified if IO abort occurs before I/O completion. In this case we wont release the lock and causes deadlock in some scenerios. Using the local variable to check the IO lock status will resolve the problem.

Merge branch 'debugfs_automount' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/viro/vfs into trace/ftrace/tracefs
Pull in Al Viro's changes to debugfs that implement the new primitive: debugfs_create_automount(), that creates a directory in debugfs that will safely mount another file system automatically when debugfs is mounted.
This will let tracefs automount itself on top of debugfs/tracing directory.

ASoC: Fixes for v3.19
There's a lot more fixes here than I'd like since I've been lax in sending things throughout the release cycle but there's only two in generic code and they've had quite some time to cook in -next so hopefully on balance are OK.
The two generic fixes are a fix for crashes on capture DAIs in the compress code and a fix for error handling on probe failures which would have been harmless in the past but now oopses with the new dynamic probe code.
